I purchased a hand blender online through Kirchenaid NZ it cost $199 with battery and free delivery. Four days later they sent an email saying it was on its way with NZ Post. Two days after that I am sent an invoice saying it is on it's way with Australian Post and will cost $263.99 I had a panic attack as they are shut and I can't contact them for two days as it is the weekend. I will NEVER purchase from them every again.
