Despite all the negative reviews, I want to share my “positive” experience with Kitchen Decor. I placed an order for a coffee mug on their website on August 2. Although I saw the cost paid though my PayPal account, I received no confirmation or notice concerning the purchase from Kitchen. At the time, I thought: “Scam”. HOWEVER, on August 12, I received the cup, well packaged and exactly as described. Other than the communication being terrible, the delivery time, packaging and product quality were great! If they just improved their communication, they would dramatically improve their market presence.

Same story as others here. I ordered a mug on December 31, and received an email saying I paid someone with a Vietnamese name on PayPal. But the transaction never went through PayPal, and they have no record of it. Complete and total scam.

I ordered a mug on 12-21-2021 and the money was taken out of my account. I have sent several emails, no response and unable to call. I tried to dispute on paypal, which I did not wish to pay through paypal and they have no record of the transaction. But I have an email stating it was taking out through paypal. I wish I would have researched this company before buying anything. It is a scam. Please beware before ordering.

Ugggghhh - same experience as everyone else. After i through a big fit over email I was provided with a tracking number which now appears to be for some random person's delivery. It's being delivered to Adrian Michigan - nowhere close to where I live or the address I provided. I would like to really raise some hell with this company - surely they can't be all that foolproof.

Ordered a mug and still processing no replies on emails got scammed hopefully somebody takes their website down for good so nobody has to go through their woven web.

Same problem as the others on here. Ordered a SF Giants mug Dec 15. 2021. No update since. I sent an email. No response. I think this website Kitchen Decor is a rip off and should not be used to order anything.

I had made on order on June 15th 2021. But even after a month they have not even shipped the item though I have made the full payment already. They are not even responding to my messages. Really frustrated with them.

I wish I would have seen this site before ordering. Just a repeat of what everyone else has already said--no way to communicate with them, never answer inquiries, etc. But they were certainly quick to take my Pay Pal payment! So much for trying to buy something nice for my wife.

Scam ..... don’t buy anything in this business ... be aware you don’t receive what you order ...

Same issues as everyone else. Not shipped, gave me a random USPS tracking number. I have Filed a bank claim.

Kitchen Decor Shop has a set of mugs advertised on their web site. There is a picture of a SET of mugs that coordinate with one another, AND the title says "SET!"
I purchased 2 separate orders. 1 order was for 2 SETS, yet they sent me 2 mugs. I should have received 4. The second order was for 1 SET, yet they sent me 1 mug when I should have received 2. They are falsely advertising and cheating people out of their money. I will be reporting them to their local authorities as well as my own local authorities and I will stop at nothing to make sure they don't continue doing this to more and more people.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS!!! I ordered the same item, twice by accident and was within the cancellation time frame and when I tried to contact their customer service and PAYPAL, I received no responses after phone calls and emails that I finally went to my bank to file a claim dispute. So today, a month later, they sent my items, which I cancelled within a minute of ordering them, which through their company I was well within the cancellation time frame and now I am stuck with items that cost $60 and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. They are not AMAZON so if you don't like your item when you receive it from this company
, or you try to cancel the item 30 seconds after accidentally clicking the wrong key, you're stuck! BEWARE! I wish I had read the reviews first, MY FAULT! I am staying only with AMAZON from now on!

Awful. Just absolutely awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. To start, this company doesn't have Facebook or Instagram page, do you know why? To avoid all these complaints on their page. They have thousands of good reviews on their website. However, everything posted by them. There is no way to evaluate their service through their website.

I bought 2 mugs on their website and 30 MINUTES later I requested to cancel my purchase. On the website they say they cancel, refund, "satisfaction guaranteed", etc. However, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. There is no way to cancel the order, no way to request a refund, no way to change the order, the phone does not work, messages and emails are ignored!!!

They say they sent my order ONE MONTH later!! Even after I requested cancellation right after purchase. My credit card did nothing because "the seller presented a tracking number". PayPal is extremely slow in dealing with these situations and when I escalated the situation onto my credit card they close my case saying that now they could not do anything anymore.

Unfortunately, dishonest people continue to get rid of. And we, who try to do everything correctly and think we are supported, take the loss.

They take your order and don't ship the product, answer your calls (not in service) or emails. This site is a rip off

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a personalized mug for my Husband on December 16, 2020; I was so excited to find it that I did not research the website before I purchased it. Now I've lost $40. My order shows as 'processing', with no updates...yet, the money came out of my account on the day I ordered. I've emailed (no response) and called the company (phone is disconnected), to no avail. I am going to dispute this and get my refund, somehow. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Firstly their satisfaction guarantee is an outright misuse of the both the words satisfaction and guarantee. I ordered a mug two weeks before December 25th. They assured me countlessly that my order would process is 2-3 days. After their 24 hour “custom prints are non refundable” they were able to secure my payment but took an additional six days to “process my order” I was in a ongoing heated email war with one of their representatives who seemed to get a sick kick out of leveling a finality that I should’ve shopped somewhere else. after three weeks on volleying replies they’ve decided to completely remove themselves as being responsible for the order because it now lies with the USPS. upon checking the routing number still has yet to receive updated information from the seller i.e. Kitchen Decor. this is an just a taster and exhibit of the last email I sent to them after three weeks of bar none worst customer service.

so now you’re not going to respond promptly to my emails? your website is a scam, there’s absolutely no way you only have “happy customers” and conveniently hide your bad reviews to boost your ratings. I was so excited to give my order as a gift and had to just show them the mug on my phone, limbing it with the promise that they get it after I had received the package. now I have to break it to them that they won’t be getting anything. the holidays are very financially burdening so I just paid your company for nothing. thank you so much for the false advertising and strain and stress this all has caused. I hope you understand sarcasm because the representative seemed to be layering their email replies to me quite thickly, intentionally giving me an indirect answer as to why my order was taking so long and now that it’s out of your hands, passed on to the USPS it’s no longer your problem. happy holidays!

Bro... This website is an absolute scam. Went to their "Happy Customers" tab on their website and did a reverse image search for the first pic, the one for Kirstin Everton, which is weird to begin with because I thought Kirstin was typically a female's name and yet the review had a picture of a man. Anyway, did a reverse image search and found that the picture is used on multiple different websites. Scam websites. Apparently, Ms. Kirstin Everton here is actually a captain named Thomas Lindegaard Madsen. They used a fake review with this poor guy's image :( Enough feeling bad for him though because it's been 10 days since I ordered my item and every day I go to track it on their website it says the same thing: currently processing. I've emailed them a few times and I have yet to receive a response. I can't believe they're ignoring me. Oh yeah and while I'm at it I might as well mention that their Facebook hasn't been active since March of this year, their Twitter has been suspended, and literally 99.99% of the artwork they use on their mugs that they post on their Pinterest isn't even theirs. Now knowing all this though after I gave them my money, it all sounds really suspicious. I just gave $18.99 to them and now I don't even know if I can get my money back cause in order to do that I need to contact them but if they don't respond to my emails how am I supposed to get my money back? It's a never-ending loop. I can't express this enough, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF OF THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW THEIR POLICY AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS YOU ARE MORE THAN LIKELY NOT GOING TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND! Please learn from my mistake and do your research before buying from websites like this. Lesson of the day: be an educated consumer!
