Advertised shipping times are a work of fiction and non-existent customer service. Despite using the contact email advertised on the site, I've heard nothing from them and yet I keep being sent no reply "shipping update" emails saying everything is progressing but without any details, tracking or commitments.
I very clearly cancelled this contract due to their false advertising and I am yet to get the courtesy of a response.
I wish I'd come to TrustPilot first. This looks like an utter scam.
Don’t buy anything from this company. No delivery date given, haven’t been received by the courier. You email them and they don’t reply. Who knows when my purchase may turn up. Been a week and nothing so far. Was a present for a friend but I’ve had to order from another company who delivered the next day🙂

In spite of chasing them repeatedly on the 19th and 20th of March, addressing my request to their support email listed on their website, referencing my order number, asking for all documentation including any customs forms required as their website stated that all returns were going to Sweden at the customer expenses and stressing that it was urgent as they only gave 14 days to return an item, I never heard from them. Until I wrote this review!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The package arrived very late and is Chinese drop shopped. When the package arrived the tea pot packaging was completely destroyed and I wasn't able to gift as I wanted to. The thermos was cracked and cheaply made. Avoid at all costs

I ordered an alarm clock on 19th February and its now 12 March and still not received. I had to download an app called shop to track item. Once downloaded, it still says the item is in China on 12th March. What a joke! You think your buying from UK and being decived. Also, Temu items arrive much quicker than this. I have never known such bad service!!! Not even 1 star for this site!!!!

I ordered some knives and utensils before Christmas. They never arrived and I received no updates to explain why. I emailed them earlier this week and have just received a refund notice email (40 days since I placed the order) for less than 25% of the total cost of the order! I messaged them a few more times and left a negative Trustpilot review and finally they provided a full refund.

The knife I ordered took a very long time to arrive. It is advertised as being an ideal kitchen knife. A high quality very sharp knife. This knife is made in China. various versions are available from various sources. It came in a very cheap low quality leather sheath. It is well put together with a wooden handle. The blade is of a reasonable quality but mine arrived blunt by any standard. The part of blade that is supposed to be forged dark is painted with black paint. It sharpens quite well providing you have the means and knowledge to be able to this. Advertising that claims this to have a long lasting sharp edge is false.
I see that their website has an invalid web address. Put them out of business. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Your reply makes excuses for a poorly finished product which is typical judging by your poor reviews.

Bought an item on the 14th of December and still no confirmation or any idea when it’s arriving. No communication at all, not great at all, this was meant to be part of a Christmas present. Not happy to say the least. It’s the 24th now and still no communication.

Ordered Nordic Design wall clock. It took three weeks to arrive ( from China!). The clock does not sit flush against the wall because the plastic casing housing the clock mechanism sticks out further than the back of the clock. The ‘wooden’ surround looks nothing like wood but is a dull gold colour. The numbers on the clock face are set so far back that you can only see them all if you stand square on to the clock. Very disappointed - would send it back but you have to pay postage to Sweden. Will probably give it to a charity shop.
They have not printed my unfavourable one star review of the clock on their website!
Placed an order on December 12th when ordering never mentioned was coming from china!! Still no movement on Chinese carrier...Do Not use this company very misleading!!

Ordered a hexclad pan and was sent a cheap chinese copy.
No response from their sales department and am now going to the bank to request a chargeback.
This is a cheap chinese junk company selling stuff at x5 the price for the same thing on Temu.

From my first interaction to the the last Kitchendreams has put my needs as a customer first. This is seriously lacking in today's day and age and I for one really appreciated their help and support.

Email provided for customer support is CORRECT. I will forward the entire conversation once again for reference.
The responses via email were unhelpful - initially saying that tracking showed ‘successfully delivered’ without any additional support, followed by a request to refer to the courier and to contact again for further support, if I needed ‘ any details from our side to assist with the investigation’. The item was from China…. not sure YunExpress who provided tracking have effective UK customer support!
After replying on the thread with the correct email I stated: ‘ Tracking shows delivered but this item has not been received.’ to which I had no further response!
As stated in my review - dreadful customer service…..
UPDATE: Despite contacting customer services as requested in response to this review and providing all details and previous correspondence…… 10 days later - NO RESPONSE.
As such, I stand by my review.
