Great experience with Kitchen Essentials. My order arrived quickly, the delivery went smoothly, and everything was very well packaged. The items were protected carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the service and would definitely order from Kitchen Essentials again.

Terrible company. The pictures are not genuine and don’t truly represent the product. The rugs I ordered are cheap and flimsy with a garish design. They don’t provide return information, you have to email to ask. When I did , they responded with an offer to give me back 10% of my purchase ! Why would I want to keep them their terrible , and the fact they ignored my request and won’t tell me how to return is extremely poor customer service . Avoid !!!

Another customer with the issue of them taking money, not sending the product, and not sending any responses to queries about shipping. Also if you look up the address + unit number it is shared with a whole lot of other businesses that are completely different. Buyer beware. Just sent a request to PayPal for a refund.

Fast email response, fast and on time shipping, well packed and protected, perfect condition

Trying to place an order with free shipping based on $100 but if you try to use a coupon code then the free shipping disappears even though the after discount total is still over $100.. First attempt with this company has left a bad impression

***ATTENTION PLEASE READ*** You need to know this before you buy anything from this place. Be advised the purchase process and delivery is good, the problem is this place has NO (0) sustomer service. We had an issue with our purchase and it took several emails to get some information and this company just called me and gave us the manufacturers general phone number to call them with my issue, self service nothing more. If you buy anything from this place and have an issue yo will have to do everything yourself as there is NO customer service or other support from Kitchen Essetials. You are now informed....Be Advised.....

I placed an order weeks ago, they took my money, but no sign from them since. No shipping confirmation, nothing. They don't reply to e-mails, don't answer the phone and don't call back. I'll ask a refund from Pay Pal this week. Kitchen Essentials should not be in business. They have no respect for customers and probably break the law. UPDATE : They gave me a refund quite rapidly and they added on their website that the item wasn't in stock anymore. They reacted after I posted a bad comment on their own Facebook page. Seams to be the way to attract their attention.

Absolutely awful. I placed an order 6 weeks ago, they had no problem taking my money, but there's absolutely no sign of the order being fulfilled any time soon. Their sales department doesn't answer the phone and hasn't called me back. I'll be contacting my credit card for a chargeback tomorrow.

Ordered a product in December of 2020. Still have not received it. I've emailed them and they told me it was on the dock at the shippers warehouse. That was in February. Now they have just stopped replying to my emails.

Take your money, don’t send goods and ignore any emails sent! Funny how as soon as you put in a claim with PayPal you get reimbursed straight away, so clearly check their emails! Clearly selling goods that they don’t have. Avoid at all costs!

Signed up the account just to give review. There is quality problems within their product. I called, emailed and left voicemail and we’re all ignored. You’d rather pay more than being scammed. Very disappointed.

Fast and reliable delivery and good customer service. And it's Canadian!
