SCAM
SCAM! Mr. head of relations, Adam gave every excuse why I haven’t received my order months and months later. Will not provide a refund and stopped returning emails. What a joke.

“Warning!!!” DO NOT order anything from this company. Most likely Internet fraud.
I placed an order with Kitchen Essentials in mid December, 2020 for a cutting board. Even received an order number #4644, and a tracking number but the tracking number has only ever shown, order received. It is now February, 2021, going on two months and I have never received the order. I have had nothing but frustrating emails back and forth with their supposed “Head of customer relations” person, Adam, who has given me numerous ridiculous excuses, such as; the USPS is slow, another email; they found my package, another email; it’s coming from China. Unbelievable! The excuses go on and on. I have tried calling their company numerous times, no one answers the phone and I have strongly requested numerous times from Adam that he or someone call me. I have never received a phone call. I have also demanded numerous times that my credit card be refunded since I have never received the order, but nothing has ever been done or responded to. This is the worst customer service / online order experience I have ever received. Be very very careful! This company appears to be a complete fraud. I have read many reviews with the same outcome!
I am now going to contact my credit card company to file a fraudulent claim against Kitchen Essentials USA and get the charges refunded.
Absolutely without a doubt the worst customer experience. I ordered a product in early Jan 2020. It never arrived even though the website says within 2 weeks. They said it has been shipped but the tracking number says only a label has been printed (another reviewer has an identical experience). No refund, no replacement. I think this web site may be an instagram scam.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Order their cutting board as a Christmas gift for my wife on 12/20 and got a tracking number on 12/21. I get that it was a late order, and I expected it after the holiday. However a couple of weeks later, nothing showed up. Further, the carrier reports that a label was created but the product was never given to them for delivery. After reaching out, I was assured they are "working around the clock" on my issue. Obviously they have a short clock. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. Four days later I reached out again. I requested a refund as the product, according to their shipper, was not actually shipped. They said no to the refund. Further they said I could return the product if I didn't like it, after it is delivered. My response was that if it never gets delivered, I can literally wait forever for a refund. After roughly 3 emails exchanged, they are now ignoring me. As of now, the shipper shows the item has not been received and it has been a full month. Customer Service is not concerned with it until I get something they never shipped.
If you buy from them, hopefully they ship the item. If they don't, they expect to keep your money anyhow. But at least if it ever shows up, you'll have 30 days to try it.
**UPDATE** 3/31/21
I got refund from my CC company. KitchenEssentials now says coming soon. My tracking number from December still shows that nothing was actually shipped.
