Excellent Service and Delivery

I bought the Bertazzoni KT hood and needed their hood extension for 10-foot ceilings. I started with local dealer I bought hood from. It was a backorder that might take weeks to arrive. I went to 7 online sources. Five said they wouldn't ship out of state (why be online?). One said they would check and call back, which they never did. KITCHEN OASIS took my order. The next day (Saturday) they emailed to say they couldn't place order, but would check their third-tier sources. Five days later the order processed and hood extension arrived May 28 In perfect condition. Best part, they also had the lowest price. I would use them again. This what taking care of your customer is all about.

still waiting to get a resolution

First, the item was shipped to the wrong address. This happens but it is a big annoyance after waiting SO VERY long for shipping. Then after opening the package, I am let down to discover that the beautiful blue faucet described online as "luminous thin-film ceramic" is actuallly a matt dark blue. I had to make multiple emails and calls to request an exhange/return. I am still waiting to get a resolution on this almost $700 faucet. I wish I could report a better experience after KitchenOasis asked me at least 4 times to review them. Hopefully this will turn out well.

Pricing was great - delivery was delayed but worth it

The initial phone contact with representative was informative and constructive. The pricing was very good compared to competitors. The products were delivered in great condition and as stated on website. Only issue was delayed delivery. We had to re-schedule installation due arrival three weeks later than promised.

Outrageous Shipping Cost

Once I saw the $60 flat rate for shipping, I left the basket and searched another site. They emailed me and offered me free shipping, but the code they sent didn't provide free shipping. Then they blew up my phone telling me "last chance".
Don't try to fool me; $60 to ship 2 forks and 2 spoons is 2 much.

I ordered a range hood from them

I ordered a range hood from them. After 6+ weeks of waiting, they say I need to pay extra for shipping, which I do. I get the hood, and unfortunately don't open the box until it is ready to be installed a few months later. Turns out they sent me the complete wrong item, and the item listed on the packing slip is different than what was in the box as well. They refuse a return.

Worst experience I’ve had dealing with…

Worst experience I’ve had dealing with a retail company. Their communication regarding my order was awful. Still waiting to get a response regarding my request for a partial refund since only part of my order shipped. Do not order from this company. Highly suspicious.

I have no choice but to give one star but I would give ZERO stars. I ordered a hood from them and after almost 2 months of waiting for the hood to ship, they tell me that I need to pay an extra $150 for the shipping since it was coming from a 3rd party. This was never quoted to us nor was it included in the cart before we finalized the order. I have never ever had a company ask for additional shipping right before they are suppose to ship the item.

2x satisfied customer

Have ordered from here twice. Fast delivery at lower cost and lower shipping than any other source. Definitely would recommend them. Their website was harder to navigate than many others but it is TOTALLY worth it for the cost savings!! Not only that, my order had to change both times after I placed it and they worked with me both times with good/prompt communication.

Our experience first started not off…

Our experience first started not off great. The process of receiving the product was a pain. You ordered the product online. You then have to wait for an email to approve the order for your payment to go through and then you have to wait for the shipment to come. They could never give me a tracking number, which is unlike other purchases I make. I did finally receive the product and was satisfied.

This business is a scam

I ordered a range hood that they "had in stock". I paid for it and waited a couple of weeks, then for an email saying they had to back order it. This company sucks. Don't use them.

I ordered a range hood that they "had in stock". I paid for it and waited a couple of weeks, then for an email saying they had to back order it. Then they charged me a couple more hundred dollars for shipping because the range hood had to come from the factory. Then I waited another few weeks. And a couple more. Then I emailed and didn't get a response. 3 times. Then I called and the lady told me it would be a couple more weeks and they would email me when it was on the way. They never emailed. I paid close to $2k for this thing and couldn't get a response from anyone about how long it was going to take to get to my house. I thought I got scammed, then I've day, it shows up.

The only reason I have them 2 stars is because I didn't get scammed.

Misleads customers

I purchased a range hood that was listed in stock. Two days before the delivery date, I received an email that it was out of stock and expected in stock nearly a month later. Very dishonest.
