They provide a bespoke, top quality service from the initial consultation to the final handover of the finished project be it a new kitchen or simply a maintenance or update tweak. The importance they attach to listening makes them stand out.

I don’t write many reviews but I think this guy deserves a mention. Mark installed extra kitchen cupboards, worktops and an integrated dishwasher on Friday. He did a first class job. I’m thrilled with his workmanship and I’m thrilled with my kitchen. He worked non stop from start to finish and even swept up before he left…..true gentleman.

Having considered (and visited) other kitchen companies, we were recommended by friends to visit Kitchens International. The design process became enjoyable with Victoria, as she worked with us using her knowledge and passion about design to create our bespoke kitchen.
The quality of the German-made units was exceptional. It was fitted by John and Liam, who are meticulous craftsmen, and it was planned by Gordon to a fixed timetable, with all running smoothly.
As the price was also competitive, we thoroughly recommend.

The service we received was fantastic from start to finish. We were kept informed and updated at all stages from design to installation and I felt the team really listened to what we wanted. My Kitchens International experience was exceptional from first meeting to finished kitchen. We felt listened to, not sold to and it felt like we were on a journey together. To see our ideas be guided by Carol's experience and then the drawings become reality with the attention to detail by the installation team was just amazing. We love it and our guests are blown away. Would thoroughly recommend.

When we first went into KI showroom which was then in Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird. We saw a kitchen in their showroom which we thought would look great in our new flat in Edinburgh. We asked for someone to come and visit us and within a week Stuart Ross arrived at the flat to discuss our project. From the very start we thought Stuart was very knowledgeable and professional on what he was talking about and gave us some sound advice. Weeks later the plans and drawings were ready to see. We liked what we saw and singed the contract. From day one we have been very impressed…whilst on holiday the installation team from KI arrived to start work on removing existing kitchen/floor/appliances
( 2 flights up) plus, they took everything away with them from the old kitchen ( even better) they then started to do all of the prep for the new kitchen and floor work, 3 weeks later on arrival back home the new kitchen and floor were fitted with all appliances in! The result was incredible and we love it very much.
We can’t thank Stuart, Gordon and the Kitchens International team for their amazing advice/help/work on our new kitchen and we would highly recommend them. Mr & Mrs T McCreath.

Designer Stuart Ross’s creativity and problem solving skills resulted in an imaginative plan for a non-standard shaped space. He listened to our ideas and worked closely with the architect, who was overseeing our building project, which has resulted in a fabulous new room.
KI’s fitters under the direction of Gordon Miller were professional throughout. For Gordon a problem is only an issue for which a solution can be found. His attention to detail and the quality of workmanship of all the KI team were second to none.
We would highly recommend.

KI including the new CEO intervened and personally visited my home to inspect the work, discuss the issues and how they’ll prevent reoccurrences in the future. I’m convinced that under the new leadership KI will now go from strength to strength.

Terrible experience, failed to meet design, poor fit, 6mths delay, errors in drawings exasperated my tradespeople and created costly rework. Promised cashback on siemens appliances but deal expired before completion. Avoid at all cost, happy to share pics and correspondence with anyone who asks! So disappointing all round.

Our bathroom designer Nicola was excellent throughout and along with the expert fitters we have ended up with a new bathroom that was even better than we hoped. A great all round service that I highly recommend.

The build process went very smoothly and stuck to the timetable.

When my parents needed a new kitchen this year, we immediately went to ask Stuart (designer) and Gordon (project manager) for help (Dundas Street branch)! Stuart and Gordon and the installation team (John & Declan) from KI did such an amazing job with my kitchen in 2024. They once again exceeded our expectations and delivered a very functional and beautiful kitchen and utility room for my parents. Stuart is fantastic at listening to all my parents’ needs, likes and dislikes. No adjustment was too small and he made sure my parents were 100% happy with the design before proceeding to Gordon’s technical site visit. We did not feel rushed which was essential. Gordon and his team really looked after us from stripping the old kitchen and utility room out, preparing them for installation. KI’s delivery team arrived on time, was very polite and delivered the furnitures and appliances with great care. John and Declan (the installation team) once again did a fantastic job with the installations! Their attentions to details and finish were first class and they noted issues and raised with Gordon before communicating to us. A project of this size is expected to have unexpected issues. For example kitchen furniture doors had marks/scratches from production in Germany, wobbling base unit due to a very heavy Miele washing machine that required additional legs installations, etc. How the team and company deal with all these unexpected issues speak volumes about them. Gordon and the team simply put everything right without any fuss, kept us informed of progress and kept apologising for issues that were not their faults (it was the manufacturer’s faults). We are extremely happy with the end results of the new kitchen and utility room. We will 100% ask for KI (especially Stuart’s and Gordon’s) help with other renovations and will wholeheartedly recommend them to our friends and families.

From start to finish the whole process was extremely smooth. From Louisa listening to our ideas and developing these to create the contemporary sleek kitchen we desired through to completion. Gordon kept us informed and responded efficiently and professionally to any questions. We were also delighted with the workmanship - the main fitter, John did an excellent job.

Twelve years ago I had a kitchen installed by Kitchen International and I’ve absolutely loved it ever since.
A few years ago I decided to change the colour and unfortunately made the mistake of having it painted by someone else. Very quickly the paint began to chip around the handles and it started to look quite unsightly.
A new kitchen wasn’t an option, so I got in touch with Kitchen International to see if they could help by replacing the doors and facings. I spoke with Brian, who was extremely helpful and proactive. He contacted the original manufacturer and managed to source the majority of the doors and facings. Although the manufacturer no longer produced the curved drawer fronts under the hob, Kitchen International took the originals away, had them professionally painted in my new chosen colour, and reinstalled them – a brilliant solution.
KI then sent out Mark, a highly skilled joiner, to remove the old fronts and fit the new ones. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and he ensured everything was installed to a perfect finish.
I am absolutely delighted with the result and couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Kitchen International.

Gordon and his team at Dundas and KI were absolutely brilliant! The service from design to completion was excellent. Everything was checked over after the installation and anything that needed corrected was found before we had a chance to notice! I couldn’t be more delighted with our kitchen, we have had it for around 6 months and still feel really proud showing it off to friends and family! Gordon checked in with us recently to say they were in the area incase we needed anything done or checked! Such genuine care for the service they have provided!

Throughout both of our recently completed projects - a new kitchen and a study/library fit-out - Kitchens International (KI) has been first class. The time taken in the detailed design and pre-contract development stages - together with the early involvement of the on-site project manager - with its focus on meeting the customer’s exact requirements and arriving at innovative and practical solutions, ensured the efficient and successful installation and realisation of the projects.

As with any project, elements do not always go to plan, for one reason or another. However, with superb on-site project management throughout, and the quality of the craftsmanship by all involved, practical solutions were rapidly developed and implemented to the highest possible standards. Furthermore, KI’s after-sales and follow-up activities are, in our experience, faultless.

These were the third and fourth projects that KI has undertaken for us, and we have no hesitation in recommending KI to any prospective customer.
