I ordered a rolling pin that had different dimensions of disc circles. Unfortunately one was the same color but not the same size. I contacted Kitchen Soufflé about the problem. The company sent a replacement. I thought their response to my problem was excellent!

I have ordered from Kitchen Souffle several times in the past; quality products and great service. Lately I have been getting emails with 10-15% promo codes. I have tried to order more items due to past experience. Every time I try to order, I get a message that the site is not taking orders at this time. And there is no phone number to place a phone order. What's going on? Has this turned into a scam site? I guess it's back to Sur la Table, Crate and Barrel, and Williams Sonoma!

Keeps grease at bay!

This whisk is is great. It's very comfortable to hold and really pulls the dough together. My daughter has trouble with her hands and she borrowed my whisk, now she's going to get one for herself. I had been considering this whisk for months, so glad I got one.
