I was coerced into giving a good review to get my refund. No refund and further payments went of my card. Had t9 cancel the card.

I have been struggling with KitchenTax.com for months due to an ongoing dispute. By mistake, I signed up for one of their spam advertisements, and since then, they have refused to cancel it or refund my money.

They are withholding my refund until I leave them a positive review. I have repeatedly informed them that I will only write a review once they process my refund, but they strictly refuse and continue to pressure me, essentially blackmailing me by saying that I will not receive anything unless I post a positive review.

I am exhausted from this back-and-forth and no longer care about the refund. However, I would like to help others avoid falling into the same situation. I strongly advise people against subscribing to or purchasing anything from them, as it only leads to frustration and unfair treatment.

SCAMM
This only makes tiktoks of other stuff and once u tap on it and pay there’s no order but it just makes you pay their membership. And they don’t give you refund. PLSSSS people in UK don’t do this it just uses you and takes your money but there’s no order.

You will be tricked into paying for nothing.

I was trying to buy a garden bench that was selling on other sites for around £100. This site was selling for £50. I was skeptical but underneath the item it said something along the lines of yes our prices are low but this is due to a clearance sale, it is not a reflection of the quality of goods etc. etc. I thought great, was lead through the normal buying process and put my address and banks details. I am charged the £50 but on the account there is no order. I reach out to customer service who explain that the £50 is for a membership fee? This was not explained anywhere at any point. I asked if I would be receiving the item, they asked what item, I gave them a description and they said they don't sell that item??? And that I am not entitled to a refund.

Not sure how this is even legal as it clearly false advertising and blatant theft/fraud.
