Contacted them regarding a leaking tap to find out what parts I needed. Bought the kitchen from them 7 years ago, supper happy with my purchase. Dan told me tap was under guarantee and organised the replacement parts and also provided easy instructions to fit Extremely happy with customer service. Very professional company from the moment I called them. Loved that they responded so quickly and put a quote together with the options I needed. Fantastic service from start to finish and the after-sales service is amazing. My fitter says the best quality he has ever seen.
I ordered these after making the trip to Ripon to meet the company (too big a purchase to chance an online company) and ordered a kitchen.
They were open to changes during the ordering period and delayed delivery by a few weeks as our build was behind.
I paid the additional fee for pre assembly and they came with even the bins fitted inside the cabinets!
But even better was the after sales service. Absolutely outstanding.

After a terrible experience with wren, we were nervous about getting another kitchen. We needn't have worried, from our initial visit to the showroom, the service was fantastic. The quality of our new kitchen is amazing and our fitter Rob, couldn't have been better!! We are over the moon with our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were very helpful when I was putting together the order, always responded to emails quickly. Also they were flexible in terms of what was supplied as I wanted a mixture of new doors for some units and other completely new units, some of non-standard size. There were a couple of small mistakes made in the delivered order but these were rectified very quickly, and replacements sent out without delay, even though one of them was a custom size - impressive customer service. The kitchen carcasses and doors were all of good quality, and easy to put together etc.

I ordered a full set of kitchen doors from this company, not only did they arrive earlier than expected but the quality was impeccable!! I highly recommend this company!!
