My new pans were delivered quickly and…
My new pans were delivered quickly and packaged beautifully. I'm really pleased with how they look and am hoping they last a while. I chose them partly because the website stated they were dishwasher proof, however the instructions that came with the pans state that it's better to hand wash them. So that's what I'm doing. Hence the 4 stars

I ordered the last set of pans…
I ordered the last set of pans available. As I hadn’t been notified of them being despatched, I messaged them only to be told that they had sold out and they would refund me. I’ve had the refund but the pans are showing as still available online, even though they assured me that they would sort out the problem with IT.

Received delivery of my pots after some delay, but this was down to issues with the delivery company. I contacted Meyer customer service and they dealt with the issue in a timely and professional manner.
The pots are really good quality and reasonably priced.
