I’ve been waiting for over a month for a refund on two orders, over £500. I have emailed so many times and keep being told they’re waiting for the warehouse to get back to them after waiting days at a time for a reply. I have the Royal Mail tracking numbers for both of the orders so know they have been recieved. I’ve tried contacting on other platforms
but never receive a reply. I feel devastated that I’m down £550. Seems so crazy to be treated like this as a loyal customer. Unfortunately don’t think I’ll be able to make any future purchases. I really just want my refund as I can’t afford to be down £550, but seems like it’s out of my control.

Kith has no sense of urgency. They don’t care about their customers no matter how much you spend. They might have nice clothes but it takes entirely too long for you to get them. I’ve been waiting for my 1400$ coat since Dec 16 still nothing. Not even a healthy line of communication. I spoke to a rep named Manny he was rude. And made sure he told me it’s no refund. First time and last time spending my money with them. Don’t do it! If I could no stars I would. 1 star is to many to give them worst shopping experience of my life.

I want to share my experience as a warning to other customers, especially those ordering from Norway.
Even if the website clearly states that VAT and duties are fully included and that no additional charges will be required on delivery, there is still a risk if any single item in your order exceeds NOK 3,000. This conflicts with Norway’s VAT policy, and you may end up being charged VAT twice.
In my case, my total order was around NOK 9,000, and only one item exceeded NOK 3,000. Because of that single item, the carrier recalculated VAT on the entire shipment, even though VAT had already been paid at checkout.
As a result, DHL required me to pay an additional NOK 3,500 in VAT and handling fees before delivery, despite the fact that VAT had already been paid once.
These items were originally purchased specifically for Christmas, and the website clearly stated before checkout that the order would arrive in time for Christmas. Now, with Christmas approaching and the shipment still being held due to this unresolved tax issue, it is very likely that I will not receive the gifts at all, which is extremely frustrating and discouraging.
The most disappointing part was the customer service response. After this issue occurred, I have now waited over 48 hours with no response at all, and the issue remains unresolved. This is especially surprising because in previous inquiries, their customer service usually replied within one or two hours. The contrast in response speed and attitude is very noticeable.
I’m not sure whether sharing this here will lead to any resolution, but I hope this review helps others avoid the same situation. If you are ordering to Norway, please be very careful when a single item exceeds NOK 3,000, even if the website claims all taxes are covered.

Contacted customer service, they respond is that they don’t know when it would be shipped.
They selling those same sneckers in London store.
Since it was a Christmas present, i asked for refund but no respond

I paid €15 for delivery and was asked to pay €20 to return the item. While I don’t find this reasonable, I agreed to proceed.
However, I was given a 14-day return deadline without being sent the return shipping label, making it impossible to return the item. Despite multiple emails, customer support has not responded.
Giving a deadline without providing the necessary return information is unacceptable.
I will update and change my rating if this issue is resolved quickly.

This isn't a standard brand it's on the luxury side however ordered an item a week ago still not dispatched? It's near Christmas get your operation in order!!
Update still not dispatched and customer service was 0 help said the order is with their fulfillment partners and can't give a timeframe.... What type of business has no idea when their stock will be sent? The order was placed with them directly.
Update had a reply seems kith sells items they have no times on when it can be dispatched!! Advertising everywhere to order for Christmas delivery has a set timescale on website but now says they have no clue on times but still selling the item

As much as I like Kith clothing, the customer service is embarrassingly poor. As a company that price points some of their items on par with the likes of Ralph Lauren, they don't ahere to the same customer service values.
I've emailed them multiple times about an issue I was facing and whilst I got one reply, they eventually stopped acknowledging any email from me. As you can see from the other reviews, they simply don't care about loyal customers.

The processing time is far too long, and I was forced to purchase the item on the secondary market because you still haven’t shipped my orders. Please cancel these orders immediately. I ordered some margielas and they came looking used… it’s crazy cause you would never expect that from a reputable place and it’s a very expensive shoe too. The box was dirty, had a hair in it, the bottom soles of the shoes were dirty so it seems like someone used it and returned it. I tried emailing them but no reply, really disappointed, keep in mind it never said the shoes were preowned anywhere on the website. Don’t risk ordering super expensive stuff with them!

They’ve responded to my email and have offered me different solutions to my issue, they were understanding and I’m appreciative of that. It doesn’t take away from the mistake of selling a used item, however they tried to resolve the problem professionally without giving me a hard time, so thanks!

UPDATE: Update to my order. 1 month after I returned my items, they have said “actually we think you only sent some of your items back, so we are taking over £200 off your refund”. This from a warehousing team that CONSTANTLY sends out the wrong colour of item, the wrong size of item, forgets items etc. They haven’t told me which item is supposedly missing (i 100% sent all the items back) and have suggested I send them evidence of the weight of the package when I sent it, who on earth has that? A complete scam. Please, PLEASE don’t do it to yourself, go shop somewhere else. Unequivocally the worst customer experience I have ever had.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Clothes are good if you get sent the right stuff and luck out with some consistent sizing. If you don’t get lucky with both of the above (you probably won’t), you are in for the worst customer service you will likely ever encounter.
My last two orders have both had incorrect items in them, once shoes three sizes too big, once the wrong item. Multiple emails and zero attempt to resolve it.
I have subsequently returned an order for a refund. Two weeks later they sent me a gift card (I asked for a refund) for 70% of the value of my returns. No explanation. I have emailed them every day for a week and they are completely ignoring me.
The reality is they know their clothes will sell quick and so once they’ve got your money they have absolutely no interest in helping you as a customer. The customer service has finally put me off ever shopping there again, which is a shame because the clothes are great.
FOLLOW UP: just a quick follow up post kith response. The suggestion that this is a “very rare occurrence” does not match my experience, as noted in my review this has happened twice in two orders for me (and has happened before). The suggestion that I should reach out to customer service who will resolve is also frustrating, as noted in my review i have reached out to them every day for two weeks and this remains unresolved

Reached out to kith pertaining to sizing on a specific shoe and they assured me that I made the right choice when ordering and the response was swift and accurate.
Unfortunately, I ordered two pair of non-refundable shoes (Adidas collabs) and did not receive my complete order. When both shoes arrived one pair was missing part of the attachable accessories (clip on bows/laces). I should have received 4 and only 3 were with the shoes. When I reached out to customer service (sent images, etc) they told me they could NOT ship the extra bow/lace bc it was outside their policy and offered a $10 store credit. I refused the credit and was refunded the $10 to my original form of payment. I wish I had the accessories instead bc that is what made the shoe itself hence why I ordered them to begin with. It would’ve been better to be offered an even exchange for a fresh pair of shoes with ALL attachable accessories. I expect as a customer if I am ordering product that it is shipped in its entirety. If an error happens at the fault of the business customers should be better accommodated.
