I've come to the conclusion that I've been scammed by this website. My son has saved up his pocket money to buy a kit and it still hasn't arrived. I was sent one email showing the delivery label but when the kit still didn't arrive, I emailed to check. The response was that it had been sent back but was now resent. This was over a week ago.
Great communication set expectations and delivered exactly as promised, oh and the shirts are great too! Thank you Daniel - saving for next buy!
So I have been waiting since February for my item, when I emailed I was told it had failed delivery but cctv on my house does not capture any failed deliveries. Was told numerous times it was on route as needed it by last weekend so I told him I’d give it until today. This has still not arrived. Asked for a refund but if it’s anything like the communications I’ll probably receive nothing.
