I purchased 2 pairs of glasses in March for a gift for my husband. The sunglasses were amazing, the regular glasses didn't really fit him although we thought it would. I was calling about another order and I just mentioned that my husband's glasses were in a drawer as he was unable to wear them. He advised me that there was a warranty and proceeded to not only replace my husband's glasses, he helped me chose a pretty funky pair (the one he was wearing) which were the same dimensions as the sunglasses that we purchased. I can't thank him enough....my hubby will be so surprised. <3

I was leary on ordering glasses online because I wear progressive lens. I ordered and they fit perfectly. I currently have 3 pair and another pair on the way.
I needed to call customer service and Chad was great and fixed up everything within one phonecall. Definitely will continue to buy my glasses here.

I loved the options for glasses and how affordable they are. When I had an issue, customer service made it super easy and quick to get it resolved. So impressed, already recommending Kits to my family.

I was very reluctant to buy glasses online, as I have progressives and they can be tricky. I finally did make a purchase but got the PD wrong and could not see with the new glasses. I called Kits and Emma was so gracious and kind. She offered a replacement without any judgement and gave me suggestions on a new pair of glasses and she also walked me through the process. I will definitely be making all of my eyewear purchases from Kits in the future. Thanks so much!

Customer for life! Pricing is great, direct bill to insurance, and the customer service on point. I made an error and chose the wrong contacts, Chad not only updated my order but then dealt with my insurance company to update the claim for me. He was helpful, he listened, he took action and solved everything. I was a Lens Crafter customer for over 20 years and I dreaded going there and dealing with their staff. Kits made eye wear shopping FUN! My ONLY request would be to put the favorites heart icon somewhere more visible in the menu or home page. Other than that, I'm so excited to get my glasses and contacts. Amazing. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied. They didn’t have a certain colour of glasses that I had already ordered, and they took immediate action to notify me. Furthermore, they went the extra mile and offered me another deal.

The standard shipping company is terrible, there was a screw up with my address.... likely from Kits to the company - but the delivery partner was going to take a another 2-3 weeks to redeliver.

Emma from kits, found the problem and rectified it quickly.

I would gladly pay $10 to avoid the hassle of using this company... but when the expedited shipping was only 1 day faster and $25 it didnt make sense.

However, if I knew the delivery partner is a Temu partner... I would have expected Temu type service and paid for shipping.... just be honest that your free shipping service is the lowest possible service level.

Kits has never been like that, Emma was great... just tarnished me on the process.

Easy to order, quick delivery. Great quality frames and lenses. Customer service is exceptional - I had an issue with the fitting of one of the 3 pairs I ordered and I called them to explain. They are expediting a new pair in a new frame without any "quibble". Thanks Chad for sorting me out - so friendly and efficient.

Customer service from kits is really great. Resolved my issue. Chad did a great job in walking me through the process

My Rx progressive reading glasses were ordered online three days ago. When I received them yesterday, but there was an issue with where the ocular centre of the lens was located. It was slightly too high. Clark immediately emailed me the instructions so I could take a few measurements at home and relay them to Kits so they can remake the glasses with the correct ocular centres. A quick email with the correct numbers was all I needed to do. I expect receive the remade glasses in a few days. Overall, the experience has been very positive and customer support was very helpful.

They are excellent just give them a call and they will help you with understanding the things and how to order and how to find the frame that best suits you.
