I'm delighted. The products are so cute! I love Pusheen so much! Quality cool. I can not extract anything special, absolutely everything is fantastic. Very satisfied.

Everthing is OK. Everything is all right. I have never any problem with kittenrules.
Shipping is slow, but that's normal.

I got exactly what I ordered, it was of good quality and at the best rates. I recieved my order in less than a month in perfect condition. It was well packed also. I'll definitely get something else from kitten rules.

I spoke with a support manager from the kitten Rules and was able to get my issue resolved. They were prompt in their response and helped me to avoid the issue in the future! Fine!

This place is extremely cheap. I haven't even gotten my product (been waiting 2 months) and I know it's not going to be what I expected. They told me it takes 1 week to process, it took 2 weeks and that's only because I contacted them, had I not done so it would probably still be sitting. Then I ask for my shipping info they sent me 2 different tracking numbers that were invalid then said well it's free shipping so you don't get to track it.

it’s my 1st order and the prices are spectacular along with the great selection of all types of products. I haven’t received my product yet, but I cant wait to receive. the only problem I’ve had is a tshirt I select to order is sold out In my size. BUT great options, selections, styles, prices that can’t be beaten. excited for future orders!

Final Update:
They did an excellent job of working with us on our issue. I can't say why my spouse had trouble contacting their support at the time of the order or why we did not receive any shipping information and half the order. What I can say is that many sites may have written off a bad review without ever reaching out, but Kitten Rules did and took care of our issue.

The product description was falsely advertised by this company. The Pusheen pillow I ordered was an actual pillow cover, NOT a pillow. Nowhere in the description does it state it is only a cover. I went back and re-read to be sure! Now three days before Christmas (because it took me almost a month to get it - my fault as I didn't realize it was coming from China!), I have to go find filling to create a pillow so my son is not disappointed on Christmas morning.

I just want to say thank you! I received my pusheen backpack now and I’m so happy! The quality is very good, the size is also correct and complies with the description. I'm obviously satisfied with the purchase!

Ordered product on Oct. 26th and it is December 1. No tracking numbers sent even though indicated on the website they would. This is a present for my daughter. I will give a higher rating if I ever receive the package.

I like kittenrules! Especially Pusheen category. All the products that I ordered from this store are of good quality. The support service is also very good. They always give me a tracking number and I can track my orders. Totally satisfied with this cute shop! :)
