Like any platform, once you get the hang of it, you're off to the races! The customer service team is very prompt, and there's no shortage of instructional materials on their YouTube channel to learn the best practices for the platform.

My experience using Kittl has been fantastic. Overtime Kitll has added some amazing features, more illustrations, more font styles. This has allowed me to great some very unique t shirt designs that i have posted on Amazon. I highly highly recommend Kittl to anyone looking to start designing t shirts, posters. An amazing tool for business in one place.

I'm a novice in terms of using computers, AI apps or design apps. This is the main reason I couldn't open my shop on Etsy earlier till my friend who is another Etsy seller told me about Kittl. Only 2 weeks since I joined Kittl and just upgraded to Kittl Pro, I'm able to make many beautiful designs for my POD products and brands. Kittl gets an incredible library with all kinds of templates plus they allow the users as well as the staff members to add our designed templates to this library for the shared usage of all members. I'm fascinated to see how powerful and effective their tools are, even a beginner like me can do so much with my own creation or blending my ideas and choices of font, theme, color with the templates in the library. Their tutorial videos are friendly users and their tools are phenomenal. Just last Friday, following the instruction from Kittl, I was able to create a full package on the "Bride" theme for my niece who is getting married this coming June. With me, Kittl isn't only for business. It's the support and trigger of my imagination, creativity and helping me to bring my ideas into actual work of art. I highly recommend Kittl to all types of designer whether you are a beginner like me or an advanced commercial designer.

I love working with Kittl. They are a great help when I need help working on Kittl. With their help each time, I'm able to move on each step with better intentions In Kittl programs. At first I used a lot of my AI tokens. But now I'm able know what better to tell AI what I need to see. Now I use less tokens. So reach out to Kittl with any questions. Great company to find designs and create them extremely user-friendly for customers and their customer service is stellar it's a must-have tool for a clothing brand.

I’ve been using Kittl for quite a while, and I find it much more useful and convenient for my POD projects than Canva. Their support replies fast, but improving the user interface would eliminate the need for some support requests. I also wish they would add a drag-and-drop 3D mockup generator, similar to Recraft.

Well first want to start off kittl is good but only think was wrong when it said you can create unlimited if you upgrade to expert which I did and and after 3 days I had to buy more tokens and had to wait another month to use use ai features please some how improve on this its like it’s false advertising when a lot of people don’t know what tokens is until we can’t create anymore but I customers service was great they refunded my money so it was a plus once again I love kittl but please be more upfront because when we see we can create unlimited that’s what we believe thanks.

Kittl genuinely stands out. The AI image and text generation is extremely precise — even in German, where many tools struggle. The ability to export real SVGs is a huge time-saver and eliminates the need for extra software.

On top of that, their support is fast and helpful, and it’s clear they think ahead: they anticipate trends, inform users early, and implement features quickly so you can act fast. Efficient, well-built, and clearly ahead of the curve.

I imagine Kittl must have at least several hundred thousand subscribers, but when I reached out via email regarding a challenge I was having (caused by my own error I came to find), May, in customer service responded so very quickly and within minutes resolved the challenge I was experiencing. May was THE BEST, as well as Kittl for setting both their customer service up for success, as well as their members/subscribers. Thank you, May! Thank you, Kittl!

Kittl does so many things well. It is built for designers with years of experience as well as someone who is just a beginner. I particularly enjoyed the wealth of font options, logo options and mood and inspiration board. Plus it really is easy to use. Highly recommend!
