Kitty collars have been excellent on all fronts. Their collars have been excellent and having our house and tel number on was useful. I cannot fault their customer care. service or product. A shame they are retiring. Will be hard to find a replacement. Thank you

Kitty collars are excellent. Phone number printed on collar so no need for a tag.Bright colours are good so collars can easily be seen. Soft collar is comfortable for my cat to wear

I have been using Kitty Collars since 2012 and the service has been excellent since first contact.
Marla is very responsive to any queries, fulfills the order request super fast and reminds me when I'm due my free collar if I forget :)
Marla acknowledges the online order requests by email in addition to confirming when the order is sent out so you know when to expect delivery.
My most recent order took only 5 days from query/order/delivered. This is fast considering personalisation and postage.
The items are nicely and securely packaged also. And, the collars really last.
The collar choices are great too.
I would definitely use Kitty Collars again, and without hesitation I'd definitely recommend their services.

We bought a soft collar in June, less than a month later the clasp broke.

I contacted Marla, sending pictures, she asked for more pictures. Saying that the clasp had teeth marks. We checked our security cameras and yes our cat had chewed it when it had broken and was on the floor.

Marla said she would get the collar repaired, we could return it but we would postage both ways or buy another item to get free return postage.

The collar should have been fixed and postage paid, or replaced free.

In conclusion, poor quality product and very poor customer service.

I have ordered a few collars for my cats over the years and have always been very happy with them. Marla is always very helpful and delivery is very quick.

Wow, so glad I came across Kitty Collars. I needed two personalised collars for my cat who has recovered from a serious operation and that allowed people to know he was safe to be outside whilst some of his coat grew back. The soft collars are just that, super gentle on the neck. The personalised message and complimentary phone number printed on the inside of the collars are of high quality and I’m sure will last indefinitely. The clasp itself is of course a safety clasp as Kitty Collars rightly promote and also a really good quality one from the feel of it. I picked yellow and blue colours which both stand out very well from a distance on my Orange cat so it will be clear to anyone who sees him that he has a home and that he is well enough to roam. The delivery comes with loads of helpful information to guide you on correct fitting, and other tips you may not have thought about. Customer service has been outstanding and I was kept informed every step of the process. Thanks to Marla and the team for helping my little one to have freedom to be outside again, and for easing my worry as a cat Mum! Will definitely be purchasing again in future.

All three of my beloved cats wear the personalised soft (for summer) and hi-vis reflective (for winter) collars from Kitty Collars. The ordering process is simple and the collars always arrive promptly and well packaged after a few days. Each collar has my cat’s name and my phone number in bold, easy-to-read characters and digits. It gives me extra peace of mind knowing that my cats are easily identifiable should they get lost. Both the soft fabric and the hi-vis reflective collars are great quality, simple to adjust for a perfect fit and my cats have accepted them with no fuss at all. Only one of my cats has ever lost a collar whilst out and about but he’s an adventurous boy so the collar has released as it should do when pulled or caught. I always receive a friendly email from Marla letting me know my order has been accepted and one when the collars are on their way to me. 5 stars, highly recommended.

This company have been brilliant - very helpful regarding the size of the collar and very quick delivery.
We have bought from them before and our 10 year old cat Thomas has a beautiful green personalised reflective collar.
We have just adopted a small female cat who we have called Maisie who used to be a stray. We chose a soft pink collar - lovely colour and clearly printed with my phone number and the word "microchipped". She accepted it with absolutely no trouble. We have ordered from kitty collars on several occasions now. Our sadly departed cat had 3 in his lifetime and our newbies both wear them.

The collars are super soft and the cats have never been distressed putting them on- all of our cats have been rescued strays. Our cats go outside and the safety snap feature ensures they never get caught. Merlin had 3 in 6 years- replacements not because of product issues but because he came home without!

They are really good value. I feel safer letting my cats out with a collar as they can be identified as having a home and it has my number.

I ordered 2 for the newbies- one is a kitten and they kindly sent them separately delaying kittens until he was big enough for it.

I've been using Kitty Collars since I first got my baby 8 years ago as I wanted a safe option of collars with information on it. I have tried both the reflective and the soft fabric ones and love them both. My cat keeps losing them cause he goes out all the time but that's kind of the point of these collars - safer losing the collar than losing your cat!

I definitely 100% recommend. I love the little bells too. And Marla is lovely and will advise you on your purchases and make sure you have the best experience. Thank you for a safe 8 years, Marla!

Outstanding!! I have been buying from this company now for 17 years and the collars are always top quality and the lady is amazing! Always helpful and goes over and above to ensure I get what I ask for!! Beautiful collars and service is fast, efficient and excellent! I brought 3 reflective 'personalised' cat collars for my 3 cats. It had their name and my telephone number printed on each, all cats have different sized necks. Their names are: Pudding, Olly and Sabrina. (A fairly standard range of length names and a standard mobile telephone number )
I was very dissapointed that the buckle obscures any information that would help reunite my pet. No matter what size neck you adjust this collar to. This renders the collars useless for the purpose in which I brought them for as it now means that I have to get an additional engraved ID tag to show clear UNOBSTRUCTED contact details on it should my pet go missing.

I would like a refund.

I would not recommend that you buy this collar unless you buy it plain without getting it personalised just for reflective purposes only.
If I had known prior to purchase I would of just brought a reflective collar elsewhere for a fraction of the price and just got an I.d tag.
I would not recommend that you waste your money on this item as a result.

Brilliant service, all my questions were dealt with and my young cat is now successfully set up with a lovely comfortable collar that carries a magnet. Just wish he could work out how to get through the magnetic cat flap but sadly that's not something Kitty Collars can help with! Will definitely use Kitty Collars again.

My two cats, Icepop and Cornetto, are solely indoors - save for supervised jaunts into the back yard - and have never worn collars in their lives. However we are moving house soon and thought it best to get them personalised collars as I know the move will be a big change for them, and there's always the chance that they might run off somewhere.

The collars we chose arrived so quickly, the colours are beautiful, and perhaps best of all, our cats have barely complained about wearing them at all, save for the occasional little scratching session. They're soft, easy to put on, and I have peace of mind now knowing they're going to be safer. Thank you so much!

I have been a customer for years and have always had really good service. Purchased a personalized cat collar, everything from the website to after sale correspondence and delivery was first class.
Collar appears of good quality and clasp better than those of the high street pet stores. Can highly recommend and will definitely use again, buy with confidence!
