This water fountain is great! My cat is drinking much more water now. I love that it’s mobile, I can place it anywhere and the usb makes it so easy to do so.
It’s very easy to clean too! I have the subscription for the filters and the the extra peace of mind with the motor/pump offer. This fountain is perfect.

It's great that Kittyspout keep me in touch with a reminder when my next filters are due. Need to order when you have last lot of filters to fit, as shipping does take a little time.

The product it fantastic. My cat drinks lots of water. Any questions I've had were promptly answered and any issues solved. You really can't ask for more than that. This is the very best way to show your car how much you love him/her. I definitely recommend this product and this company.

The item seems of good quality is very quiet holds enough water and consistently filters the water it had a fairly large dent in the side when delivered but that's not necessarily their fault my cat has sniffed it the last 2 days but has not drank out of it I will keep it with the hopes that she will eventually use it to drink from

My cat is now liking hers and my girlfriend has 2 cats and they like there's also. My cat is more hydrated with softer skin and fur with less dandruff and pulling out of fur. Made a big difference.

Awful company. Within minutes of placing the order have an immediate excuse of there being a delay due to "high customer interest". Then they never sent the item and ignored all emails for nearly 2 weeks. Had to get my money back through PayPal myself.

Purchased a kitty Spout that had a defective pump. They immediately sent a replacement at no charge. Fountain is OK but not sure it is a great as they advertise.

Kittens love it they were bit unsure at first as it stops and starts but they have got used to it.

Both of the cats love it. They like having the fresh running water and the filter is perfect.

Both of my cats took to it straight away and love it.

At first our cat seems a bit wary of it at the moment, but she is starting to go near it and sniffing around it, hoping she takes to it soon.
The actual unit works perfectly though and I’m sure she’ll start drinking from it at some stage.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

It took a while for my cats to get used to drinking from a water fountain, and just when they finally did, the pump broke down after only 9 months of use.

I immediately placed an order for a replacement pump on 5 September, as without the pump, the entire fountain is unusable.

Their website states:

“Due to high order volume, there may be a slight delay in dispatch. Rest assured, all orders ship within 24–48 hours.”

When my order still hadn’t shipped, I followed up. On 9 September, Hannah from customer service replied that my order was still being processed and told me that standard processing typically takes 1–2 business days, although incomplete or unverified address details could add another 1–2 business days.

Fair enough. I waited.

But the days passed and there was still no shipment. I sent a second, third and fourth email asking for an update. None of them received a response. I also contacted them through Facebook, but that got me nowhere either.

After almost two weeks of waiting, I finally had enough and emailed again asking to cancel my order.

And guess what? Hannah cancelled it almost immediately.

That was probably the most frustrating part of the entire experience. Hannah was able to respond to my first enquiry and tell me the expected processing time, then my next three follow-up emails went unanswered. Yet the moment I gave up and asked to cancel, the cancellation was handled almost immediately.

So apparently my request could be acted upon quickly — just not when I was asking where my replacement pump was.

What happened to the 24–48 hour dispatch stated on the website? Even the 1–2 business days, plus a possible additional 1–2 days, mentioned by customer service had long passed. If there was a stock issue, fulfilment problem, address issue or some other reason for the delay, I would have appreciated someone simply telling me.

Instead, there was no explanation for the prolonged delay, no response to three subsequent emails, and no attempt at service recovery before my order was cancelled.

I wasn’t looking to cancel my order in the first place. I wanted the replacement pump. I needed it so that I could continue using a fountain I had already purchased and that my cats had finally become accustomed to.

From a customer’s perspective, it felt like cancelling my order was the easiest way to close the issue rather than trying to resolve it. I don’t know whether the underlying delay was caused by customer service, fulfilment, inventory or something else internally, but I am extremely disappointed with the way my case was handled.

I subsequently came across posts on Reddit from other customers describing similar experiences, which made the situation even more disappointing.

A water fountain is only useful if essential replacement parts, particularly the pump, remain available and can actually be supplied when needed. Now I’m left with a useless stainless-steel tank and multiple unused filters that I have to throw away simply because I can’t get a replacement pump.

After this experience, I’ll be looking for an alternative brand with readily available replacement parts and more dependable after-sales support.

Very disappointing, especially for a product that depends on proprietary replacement parts to remain usable.

At the moment its a 4 star as i have not seen my cat use it yet but it was easy to set up and I'm very impressed so far but ill be back to reassess when ive had it a bit longer

The website was easy to use and navigate, the products are clear, there is almost always some kind of discount, which is helpful with rising costs of everything else. Orders are quick and easy to place and review. The product quality it’s really good, our three kittens really enjoy their water fountain! My only qualm is the speed of delivery, when you’re so used to the speed of companies like Amazon, waiting 3-4 weeks for the delivery can be somewhat frustrating. Though I understand this isn’t as big a company as them. Overall, good experience.
