Really regret this purchase. I bought with this company because of same day delivery for my sister's 50th (which I paid extra for) and then they delivered the flowers 2 days later, after calling my sister to ask if that was OK (and obviously breaking the surprise!)

On top of that, the flowers that were delivered were a much smaller bouquet that did not contain all the flower types in the advertised photo. The bouquet that was eventually delivered looked like a supermarket bouquet worth no more than $50. Not the the $130 I paid.

When I complained the same day to the company, they said they would escalate the complaint and I never heard from them again. No refund, explanation or apology.

Absolute waste of money and time - really disappointing on a once in a lifetime occasion of 50th birthday.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Their customer service email begins with "wecare".... they don't. The only reason my Mum received her flowers is because security at her work gave the delivery drivers her home address. That's how late they arrived. My emails have gone unanswered and their tracking information never updated.

not even one star, terrible service. flowers did not reach the recipient nor did they contact them and they did not send me delivery confirmation.
I tried calls and emails to reach out to find out what occurred but no answer an no replies.
DO NOT USE this company

Flowers did not arrive til after 7pm. I rang them beforehand to ask what happened and the customer service person was very rude and unhelpful and then hung up on me. I have never had such a terrible service sending flowers and will never use them again. There are plenty of good reliable companies that deliver flowers so I would advise using one of them if you want them delivered during the day. Absolutely awful experience
