They are SCAMMERS!!! don't trust them! I made my first order, but due to the wrong size selection I wanted to return the dress and asked them to send me the correct size. They encouraged me to make a second order so as not to lose the size I want until the previous dress was returned to them, so I did. I went to the post office in my area, sent the dress back but it was returned back to me, they did not go to pick it up from the post office. In a communication we had on their What's app channel but also on their Instagram page they told me that they have not received any package from me, while the reason for the return from the post office was "the company was closed". I paid duties and taxes from the cooperating company in my country for customs clearance (ELTA Courier and FedEx). The next time I received the dress but again the dress looked like it was used with a falsification of the size and the dress was stained in many places like rust. I contacted the company again and instead of giving me a refund, they told me that they would give me a coupon for a discount on my next order. They NEVER gave me the coupon! Now I have 2 useless dresses without receiving a refund. NEVER again from this company!

Reached out to their instagram page, they had the audacity to say to me I should go and get this fixed at a local tailor. Absolute scandalous. They refuse to return my money and no accept the dress that has already been returned to them. Avoid buying from them, their positive hyped up reviews are fake.

Bought a dress during my stay in Istanbul. I got no dispatch email and it should have taken 3-5 days to deliver. I emailed asking for tracking. No reply. I then saw all these negative reviews on trust pilot and panicked. Managed to get contact via Instagram of all places. Promised a refund in 15 business days (ridiculous length) as dress was out of stock. No email confirming a refund and no refund given. I am now claiming through the bank. They fob you off with fake automated messages and are just scammers. ABSOLUTELY AVOID 💯
