This is the first company in Norway to force me to use a product that doesn't work as described. They take no responsibility for what they sell.
You know my situation well because I contacted the local store and online customer support.
No one was interested in helping me!!!!!
I only used the device three times. It wasn't on the list of devices that couldn't be returned!
I recommend contacting with Forbrukerrådet.

Should done research before bought something here. First and last time bought something from kjell.
Bought item only becouse it was in shop and by delivery showed 2-5 days delivery. One week later still nothing and in posten app only show it has been notified by shop that there will be package. wrote to helpcenter they just say packing is picked from main warehouse and will be deliverd. How smart is it? u have exact item 5km away from delivery and u send it from sweeden . non sense organization.

Unable to deliver on time.
Naively ordered a cell phone cover 5 days ago, where they stated estimated time of delivery to be 2-5 days. 5 days after and the parcel haven't even been sorted or picked out, forcing me to cancel my order and look elsewhere. 1/10 will never use their webshop again.

After one week of waiting the service process for my JBL Live Buds 3 , i recieved a message confirming that the product is ready to be recieved , i contacted the branch in Emporia -Malmö and asked whether it was replaced or repaired, she answered that it is replaced and there is a new sealed pocket waiting for your delivery, so , despite the waiting of one week and i am really needs them for my daily use, but i was happy because it was replaced according to the lady who answered me .
I went to the store and informed the seller, he went inside and came with the same pocket which i gave them for service , it means that it was not replaced!! i told him why? he answered that they have replaced the two buds but not the case, i checked the buds i realised that they were not replaced , because there must be a nylon strip covering the charging metal points , but there was nothing on them, so i refused to take them , but the seller tried to convince me to take them and try them , but i refused and asked to talk to the manager , but he told me that he is in a meeting , i insisted to meet him and told that i will wait for him , then the seller went inside to the inner rooms and came back and told me that they decided to return the money back , i agreed because i realised that there is no other choice for me, and they are trying to deceive me , and they should have to replace the defected product with a new one but they did not because the price returned to the normal price which is 2190 SEK , while i have bought it 990SEK .
Really that is disappointing .
So i took my money back and decided not to deal with this company again and i will advice all my family and friends about this issue.
The other bad thing is that person who answered me to my pervious review and wrote to me that i can call the customer support to get more help, i contacted them directly and they told me we can not do any thing.
What do you call that??
For me,,, i call it laughing and cheating the customers .....

Reservation system works very badly. They hold the item for a period that they don't disclose and then you lose time going there to realize it is out of stock.

I think is overall a great store and could be even better

it was in VALBO shop. The seller said they do not accept cash payment (!). The total was 200 SEK. Later when reading the website, it says the payment in cash is still possible in "cash-free" shops but up to 2000 kronas". So, the seller did not knew!!! But, since when such ridiculous attitude? all these shops at first when they go to cash-free, they go later customer-free, and at the end we are free from this ridiculousness :) :)

Similar to other reviews - I was also contacted to do some online work as an Online Office Manager (pretty much editing their messages) and never got paid or responded to after a couple weeks.
I have all the emails still and the “offer letter” if someone from the actual company wants to investigate the fraud happening here.

Obviously, these can be fake names - but feel free to reach out for more documentation.
***In response to Emil (below) - the company’s recent response to the above: There is no confusion, there is no mistake - Kjell&Company has employee’s working for them that are scamming people to do their work. Go investigate. Or ask me for the documents from your employees that they sent. But this is not a mistake. Your company needs to do a better job at investigating the allegations that not just one person has reported on here.

Kjell & Company offers a pleasant shopping experience with helpful staff and a good selection of electronics. I've had a product malfunction, but they replaced it without hassle. However, communication and system issues persist, as seen with delayed orders and email loops. While my defective screen protector was replaced promptly, the overall experience is mixed. Proceed with caution.

Not sure if they're even a serious company.
Bought a usb cable extender, got no confirmation mail, but did get a confirmation it was sent from posten.
20 days later package tracking says it was mistakenly sent (feilsent). Last recorded activity was may 13.
Tried to log in with phone or mail, stuck in a perpetual loop of getting confirmation mails.
Tried to send a mail to customer service but only got this;

So DO NOT pay in advance with these people. Not a serious buisness

Since review they finally acknowledged the problem, and have now received my package

I bought the screen protector Linocell Elite Extreme Curved Screen Protector for iPhone 14 one day before from Kjell & company Ringen store. The store person fixed it for me and I spent 150 kr. But after one day it got crack without any fall or pressure. But later replaced with new one for me without any charge. Thanks

Kjell & Company is a great shop for electronics and electrical goods. They have a good selection, good prices, their site is great, they have many physical stores and their service is great. Nothing to complain about and many reasons to recommend them.
Friendly staff at their Emporia store, but bad advice unfortunately.
I bought a usb-c hub for my iPad based on the properties described by the sales person (being able to use usb-c and usb-a simultaneously. Unfortunately, this is not accurate, and I have now bought a product not usable for its intended purpose.
