Amazing customer service. Despite being out of stock of an item, the team allowed me to upgrade to the next model for free.

They have been amazing at responding and keeping me informed.

But if you want to feel supported in every way.

I came across KJL when I was in the market to replace our office printer. I had contacted a number of companies but I had become pretty disillusioned by their misleading quotes with ambiguous terms and hidden costs. But Sam at KJL was crystal clear and upfront about everything. In fact, he so was transparent and honest that I was slightly suspicious! However, he found out what I needed and gave me a great deal on the both the printer (which he later upgraded for free!) and the service plan.

Installation was efficient and professional (and free!). Joe and Luke, who delivered and set up the printer, were friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know. The transition to the new unit was seamless.

This is the first time that I have bought an office printer and it was becoming a bit of an ordeal, but KJL were a breath of fresh air and I cannot recommend them enough.

So pleased I contacted KJL. I tried all of the suppliers I have used in the past for toner cartridges. None had any stock and couldn't advise me when they would be arriving. By chance I found KJL in a web search, their website was showing stock, but I was feeling cautious about placing an order. I telephoned instead of placing the order online to make sure stock was available. Within minutes, as promised they sent me an email advising they had stock, but it was limited. Alex was very helpful by adding links that took me directly to where I could place an order. I placed my order on the 2nd April for a full set of toner cartridges, it arrived the 3rd April. Thank you for such a speedy service!

Had a great experience with KJL printer store this week, I was having difficulties finding the right printer for our budget, Alex was extremely helpful with multiple prompt correspondence, will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Very happy with experience. Only ordered a few smaller items but still felt like an important customer. Good comms and quick delivery.

What a quick and easy process this was. Communication was excellent and items delivered very quickly. I am very happy with the service I received.

Placed an order. No email confirmation, nothing. Phoned a few days later to enquire. Their phone system has 4 options, option 4 is for accounts, tried there, woman sounded as uninterested as possible, put me through to someone, got cut off. Phoned back option 3, sales, rang out, phoned again, got a guy who couldnt have been any less interested or rude and basically blamed me for pressing the wrong option. As they dont have an option, or a clue about customer service I gave up. Will take up with CC company.

Follow on from the response to my original review, the truth of the matter is I did not launch into a tirade of verbal abuse. Your staff member was both rude and extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. As far as sales being the correct department, not according to your staff member who basically said it wasn’t his issue! As for me being unprofessional, I’m afraid as the customer in this instance I can choose to be annoyed at your customer service or lack of. 3 days for delivery with no confirmation email, no dispatch confirmation and no tracking info is about as unprofessional as it gets! Also, your emails to me were very unprofessional and you’re also a director and I was a customer!. I won’t ever use your company again, and will discourage anyone else from doing so.

On time delivery and good price for toner

KJL were very helpful and informative, we did not have any knowledge on the right printer for our tuition company but Alex assisted and gave us a great price. The installation team were great and gave us full training on the Konica printer which has been perfect for our needs. I would definitely use KJL again and recommend them to any company looking for a printer. 5 stars.

I needed a copier for the office but was unsure on latest models and prices etc. I spoke to KJL through the live chat on their site and they were very helpful. Gave me numerous options and I'm very happy with the copier I went for in the end. I would definitely use them again.
