dont wate your time
Placed an order. No email confirmation, nothing. Phoned a few days later to enquire. Their phone system has 4 options, option 4 is for accounts, tried there, woman sounded as uninterested as possible, put me through to someone, got cut off. Phoned back option 3, sales, rang out, phoned again, got a guy who couldnt have been any less interested or rude and basically blamed me for pressing the wrong option. As they dont have an option, or a clue about customer service I gave up. Will take up with CC company.
Follow on from the response to my original review, the truth of the matter is I did not launch into a tirade of verbal abuse. Your staff member was both rude and extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. As far as sales being the correct department, not according to your staff member who basically said it wasn’t his issue! As for me being unprofessional, I’m afraid as the customer in this instance I can choose to be annoyed at your customer service or lack of. 3 days for delivery with no confirmation email, no dispatch confirmation and no tracking info is about as unprofessional as it gets! Also, your emails to me were very unprofessional and you’re also a director and I was a customer!. I won’t ever use your company again, and will discourage anyone else from doing so.
