I never thought this would actually work, but it kinda did.
I’m an ex-smoker, then moved to nicotine-free vaping. If you’re expecting a vaping hit, forget it, you won’t get it.
Focus on the gesture instead: pause, inhale, exhale. It’s more about the ritual than the effect. Surprisingly, that alone can be calming.
The cartridges are clearly designed to be light on purpose. At first it almost feels too subtle, but after a while you realize they’re actually pretty balanced. Nothing is overpowering, nothing lingers too much, it just stays clean and controlled.
And most importantly: I’m not using that vaping crap since almost 4 weeks : )
