Excellent experience

This is a great website. I made reservations for restaurants. It was easy and stress free experience. The customer service was excellent, and I recommend to anyone wanting these services.

One of the best services for booking…

One of the best services for booking and ticketing and PMS management. It covers all the possibilities and it is a great fit for our business that spans over many different activities. It is also great offer for customers that rent our facility if the want ticketing, access control or even just the use of guest list. All easy with co-hosting and eventually co-branding features.

Horrendous Customer Service

Booked a hotel via Klap Life for a day pass for a whopping €280 to use the pool facilities.

Arrived and was ignored for over an hour by staff and asked 5 times for someone to come take our order (hotel was empty)

Paying €280 for the facilities it started to rain and we was told we can’t use the facilities (which we had paid for) - we waited for a hour and the staff seemed clueless and we eventually left the venue as we was not waiting around doing nothing

Contacted Klap life with the information and was ignored for a week and then answered back bluntly refusing a refund

Dear Mr. Watson,
you wrote to our customer service on Sunday06 July 2025 at 14:53 and our customer service replied on Sunday06 July 2025 at 15:11 that is ONLY 18 minutes, given the time to get in touch with the Hotel!!

Our customer service followed up with you and the Hotel facility in order to understand both parties and find a solution. This took some time from the hotel side since it is a busy time of the year.
You also were offered an free of charge change of date.

In order to grant a refund we need approval from the Hotel.
As stated in all our terms and conditions and reservations purchase:

" KLAP.LIFE IS NOT THE ORGANIZER OF THE EVENT BUT HANDLES THE DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS AND RESERVATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZER OR FACILITY. THE TYPE OF SEATS PUT UP FOR SALE ON THE KLAP.LIFE PLATFORM AND THE PROCEDURES FOR REFUNDING TICKETS OR RESERVATIONS, IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR CHANGE IN CONDITIONS, DEPEND EXCLUSIVELY ON THE CHOICES OF THE ORGANIZER WITHOUT ANY INTERVENTION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF KLAP.LIFE. [..] "

As per Italian safety regulations during storms and bad weather you MUST leave the poolside immediately and that is what the Hotel Management invited you to do.
Also, as it is my understanding from the Hotel management you also consumed your lunch included in your reservation at the facility during the storm - you forgot to mention that - and the pool was re-opened 20 minutes after the storm had passed - the storm lasted 30 minutes.

Once again I must state that
KLAP.LIFE IS NOT THE ORGANIZER OF THE EVENT BUT HANDLES THE DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS AND RESERVATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZER OR FACILITY.

Therefore your review of our platform services is totally out of place!

K Life is a very aligned naming for this Company, because it is the KEY platform to manage any LIFEstyle activty. I have the pleasure to know its creators in person, knowing the deepest features and possibility of the platform, which I use to manage my Sport activities. It is further more then just tickets: it’s organisation, customisation, optimisation.
K Life is in constant evolution implementing all the latest technology, in order to offer a efficient and comfortable tool to its clients and users. 100% recommended!
