What an absolute waste of money! Received two boxes 1 having the product inside and 1 without so I paid £99 for 1 thing when I should have got 2 and it’s nothing like what it advertised at all! What it sent me was smaller than my hand!!!! Tried to contact them many times and nobody ever got back to me!! Don’t know what to do.
Totally ripped off. Ordered the robot vacuum offer . Nothing like advertised , completely useless item received and paid £99. No way of contacting them back. Stay clear

Do not buy from this company they are a scam Chinese company trading under a German name. You do not receive what you order but rather a toy Chinese alternative there is no way to contact the company or get a refund
