Everything went well until I heard nothing from the company(a couple of weeks before) and had to contact KLAR to hear if my delivery would arrive on time. Normally I would just expect goods to arrive upon the day it is informed. I just had a feeling something was wrong.
Unfortunately it was a couple of weeks delayed, which is acceptable, but I should not be the one to seek the information. They should have contacted me, I think.

The customer team is not friendly, i had ordered a door and few windows, in a weeks time i called them up after the order to alter the dimensions of the door but the team refused that its too late and now it cant be changed.
In couple of weeks, they found that the window size which i ordered was a mistake on their website and they cant make 130 cms wide but can only 110 cms. With this i asked them if they can change hte door dimension and make it 20 cms wider. This time, as it was their issue, they accepted to change the door size, the same door which i wanted them to change earlier, even though it was very late now.
This is really not a friendly gesture. I am a regular customer and I never expected such a behavior from them

Just ordered two beautiful doors from Klarvindu in Norway.
I must admit up to now the customer support I received in clearing up a small issue that was caused by a third party during the payment procedure was so professionally and fastly solved ,it gave me the customer the feeling of relaxation and comfort .Klarvindu fixed this issue easily and the reason I purchased from Klarvindu is because my son bought two times two large orders and he is so pleased with the performance of the products ,I too have seen his windows and they are very well made ,you can see and feel the quality.
So my next order I will be ordering 10 large windows in the coming months and it will be a pleasure to choose Klarvindu again .

I love the product, but service is extremely poor.

I am very sad to write this, because klar has the best product in the market, but sadly they are very hard to work with.
they did not fulfill initial timelines, and only delivered under a lot of pressure from my end, installation was chaotic and the repairs needed after istalatio took over 3 months to be done.

hope they fix these issues

The windows that I received from Klar are rock solid and very well made. All parts appear to be very strong and over-dimensioned- There are absolutely no jiggling or undefined movements. I am very happy with the windows from Klar, and I will buy from them again soon. However, the delivery was delayed for several weeks. Fortunately, it arrived the day before the installer was to embark on another project, which would have pushed our project into 2026. Luckily Klar did a good job issuing information about the progress. In conclusion, I am very happy with the windows that I received, and I recommend buying windows from Klar (if you are not under too much time pressure).

Dear klar

I would like to kindly suggest that you include clear pictures and detailed size information of the windows — both with and without frames — shown separately on your website or product listings. This would help avoid confusion for customers when placing orders.

I recently ordered a window without a frame, but the one I received came with a frame and unfortunately did not fit. It could not be refunded, which resulted in a loss for me. Providing separate and clearly labeled images would make it much easier for customers to choose the correct product.

Perfect condition, arrived just in time as said.

Easy ordering process, few weeks of waiting, delivered in the expected week. I am very satisfied and can highly recommend Klar!

I was told more then a week ago that my order was on its way, great I thought I’m going to get it on my promised delivery week. Last week on received this Email asking me what I thought, my reply is simple. You told me I would get a call from the company chosen to deliver my order I’m still waiting. I have no contact to this delivery company. If it’s like the last time it will just turn up. Which is no good to me as I live in a rural area where I wil probably find the guy delivering my windows will refuse to drive down my lane, not a happy customer..

Windows are fantastic, quality is perfect. We are so happy 👌

Everything was good. But the delivery guy left the delivery on main road and didn’t deliver handles but I have reach out to customer service and it has been sent after few days.

Super quality

Very poor customer services - I received an incomplete and damaged order, contacted Klar many times about this, however, they are either non-responsive or send holding responses such as "i am still waiting for an answer".

I'm now in the first stages of legal action against them.

This is particularly disappointing, I have spent about £10,000 with Klar to date and the windows themselves have been good quality until the issue with my last order.

ordered on the week 17 2025, delivery was agreed on week 26 2025 latest, now they announced that beginning / middle of august
so, 3.5 months since the order date if they still deliver
do not recommend because of the total brainf-k this organization provides
