I placed an order in November and only received one of the 2 orbit spinner balls that I paid for. Several emails later still no refund. They refuse to give me a direct person to speak with. I have reported them to BBB. I do not recommend using this company. They will not refund money even when it is documented they are at fault. I can't find a business number to contact them either online.
