After a very harrowing encounter with the owner, Jürgen Engel during a 121 call – out of sight from his wife or other participants – he deteriorated into an arrogant aggressive petty and intolerant bully!! No sign of NVC skills. He had read the most obnoxious subtext into an innocent email I had sent to ask for the zoom call link to be included with their weekly emails.
He told me off for his imagined subtext that had absolutely nothing to do with my email, and it was horrifying to see the man behind the scenes with no intention to curiously explore and respectfully communicate!
When after that encounter I asked to be reimbursed for the rest of the year’s course (with another 11 months to go) that I had lost trust and interest he and his wife gave me the cold shoulder treatment and ghosted me.
Eventually I was reimbursed in full. Be warned.
