Best Shoes Ever!! I have a very wide foot with high arch. I also have problems with planner fasciitis in both feet and have been to podiatrist where orthotics, etc. I have spent thousands on shoes and always in pain. I found these while searching online and took a chance because the price is a bit high. I love them and do not have to wear my orthotics. They have saved my life and I’m able to do morning walks again. My dog ate the back of one of my shoes so I just went online to buy another pair and it seems all of their shoes in all sizes are sold out and there’s a waiting list. I’m a bit concerned that they are not going to be making the shoe anymore, which terrifies me. I thought I ordered the wrong size and customer service was wonderful and easy to deal with. I knew I should have a second one sooner. Please please I need them!

I purchased the KLAW 528: WOMENS walking shoe. I have a reg width foot with high arches and have worn many brands of walking shoes. This was by far the worst. Shoe is super wide to the point I experienced a lot of slippage. I did the rec :30-minute break-in session. This was supposed to help the shoe mold to my foot...that def did not happen. The instructions don't say to sit & not move. Noteworthy because if you walk around during this time, you prob won't be able to return as their policy is "unworn & sole unmarked". Impossible to do as the toe box leather creases terribly and the sole will become discolored. You're supposed to use a special product to clean the shoe and they rec using shoe trees...for sneakers! The sole flaked off on a treadmill, the heel cup has something that protrudes causing my foot to rotate outwards. Walked through a damp sidewalk and nearly fell. There is zero traction to the shoe. Bottom is super slick. After wearing <3 hrs my ankles & arches hurt. A day later I'm still in considerable discomfort. The shoe is, as advertised lightweight and well-cushioned but only comfortable for me when sitting and walking on a flat surface <10 feet. Packaging is nice but I'd rather have a well-constructed shoe. I'd rec applying the ~$135ish (after new customer discount) cost to Hoka or NB 840.
