I've been with this surgery for over 2yrs and have a number of very complicated conditions. I had evidence of a serious deterioration; emailed that evidence overnight and in the morning filled out a standard form requesting a referral. 10-15mins after they opened, triage called and booked me in with my regular GP a couple of hours later. The GP agreed to the referral. I was really appreciative and strongly recommend this practice.

The staff are friendly and very professional. My experience has been with reception, triage and Dr. Gutta. I joined this year and just had my first in-person appointment. Dr. Gutta instantly understood the issues and followed a very sensible course of action. I feel very comfortable in their care. I was also appreciative that although my symptoms were not urgent, they were of concern and they offered me a same-day appointment.
