Elite Team & Results

After spending a lot of time researching the best returns I can get and the various short-term rental investing groups, Logan and the team were by far the best as he’s not only helped new STR investors establish themselves but he’s also built a meaningful personal portfolio that generates millions of $ (and he just turned 30). That’s the kind of investor I want to partner with.

He and his team were excellent in handling everything from market selection, underwriting through acquisition, design and launch while still keeping me informed and educated.

Anyone w a high 5 or 6+ figure tax bill must have a short term rental in their portfolio as the return is elite (tax savings + cashflow + principal appreciation + loan pay down/equity growth).
