Took Payment, Then Ignored All Messages and Calls
I am writing this to strongly warn others based on my direct experience with Klimax Digital.
On April 10, 2026, I paid 100 USDT for a “threshold ad account” service. Before payment, Klimax Digital was extremely responsive, replying instantly, offering calls, and confidently assuring quick delivery.
However, immediately after payment, their behavior changed completely.
For more than 2 weeks:
* No service was delivered
* Messages were consistently seen but ignored
* Calls were repeatedly declined or left unanswered
* Communication became completely unreliable
Despite following up daily, there was no resolution.
What is even more concerning is the pattern I personally verified:
I contacted Klimax Digital from 3–4 different new numbers, posing as a new client. In those cases:
* They responded instantly
* They were ready to provide the service
* They agreed to calls without hesitation
But the moment I revealed my identity or mentioned my existing payment:
* Calls were immediately cut
* Conversations were stopped
* My numbers were blocked
This clearly shows selective behavior where new customers are actively engaged, while existing paying customers are ignored.
As of today:
* No service has been delivered
* No refund has been provided
* No proper response has been given
This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after trusting their assurances and making full payment upfront.
Based on my experience, there is a serious lack of accountability and post-payment support.
I strongly advise anyone considering Klimax Digital to be extremely cautious before making any advance payment.
This is not just a delay — this is a clear pattern of behavior that others should be aware of.
