I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Re:define. I was curious if the procedure would work on me- I’m already quite active and train a few times per week. I’m really happy with the results- I feel more firm and have more definition in my abs and my glutes are fuller. I lost a few cm along my waist.
The procedure itself is easy and painless. I practiced Duolingo, listened to music or even napped while the machine strengthened my muscles.
I also am grateful for Enya’s kindness and understanding. Not only I did I feel I was in good hands (she always made sure I was comfortable and everything ran smoothly) but I feel like she understood me on human level and what my goals were. I’m a little sad the treatments are over, I’ll miss them! I’m looking forward to topping up.
