Bought some clothes when i was in Klitmøller, and became very enthusiast of the good quality so i ordered some more online.

Great products, highly recommend! -1 star for the online shop website. Please give us some filters to look for sizes in models still available etc.! :)

Wonderful fair fashion clothing and an excellent matchless customer service.

-Context-
For someone for whom the dunes along the North Sea a few km from where I live feel like a second home, I was extra attracted to Klitmøller Collective when I was looking into clothing brands that care about its workers and the environment 🌍

-Customer service-
First of all, online customer service was nothing short of incredible. Inga is the kind of person that makes the customer immediately feel welcome and at ease and who goes out of her way to help the customer, with very quick, clear and detailed replies. And in perfect English as well. All while being super friendly, kind, and fun to converse with. It felt like talking to a friend rather than customer service. These are the kind of treasures that every customer service should have (and should hold onto). All in all, it was easily my favourite customer service experience ever. I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well, as far as I can judge it seems like a company with a very healthy work environment.

-Shipping & items-
Shipping was fast, the items were packed very well and plastic-free, and in a box that was exactly the size of the items so nothing that goes to waste. First impressions of the items are that the quality is very high and they look great. My experience with made in Portugal clothes so far have all been great so I’m confident about their durability.

-Tips-
A suggestion would be to include the height of the models and the size worn on the product pages. Some brands also include the garment measurements for every product, but I could also imagine that's something you'd prefer to share through customer service as then you could include some advice along with the measurements (e.g. preferred fit or if an item has stretch). Anyway, it's just a suggestion of course.

Altogether, my first experience was 10/10 (only because there is no 11/10).

one of my favorite brands for knitware. i bought several sweaters over the last 5 years, they're all beautiful and of very good quality.

also customer service was extremely friendly, patient and helpful when i wasn't sure which size to order.

although living quite far away and not being a surfer at all, it feels like being part of a family. :-)

Shopping with Klitmøller Collective has been an amazing experience! The style is exactly what I was looking for and the quality of their products is exceptional. What really distinguishes the brand from others is the outstanding customers service! When there was a small logistical problem with one order (that was partly caused by me not reading all of the instructions properly), the team did more than I could have asked for to resolve it as quickly as possible. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced! I'll definitely order there again in the future!

Easy website, delivered goods perfectly packed (like a gift!)

I love everything Klitmøller does. I have two sweaters, socks and a scarf from them. Amazing quality. There was a flaw in one of the sweaters, but the return and exchange went super smooth. Very professionally managed. Thanks guys - keep going!
