Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Many customers reported charges on their credit cards that they did not expect, often for subscription plans or shipping protection they believed they had declined. People frequently mentioned issues with their orders, including items not arriving, incorrect products, or significant delays, especially around holidays. Reviewers also expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing, finding many items overpriced compared to other retailers or for the quality received. However, some customers also noted that certain products, like orthopedic boots or water flossers, offered good value and functionality, despite occasional quality concerns or strong odors upon arrival. A few other people also felt that while some gadgets were great for the price, other items appeared cheap or were not as described.

Hardly indestructible

I'm very disappointed with what was billed as an indestructible toy for tough chewers. It took my 4 year old Petty mix less than 5 minutes to rip the ear off and about 30 minutes to find the squeaky toy by gutting it. And I think I bought two of them.

Total scam!

Total scam!! The glasses are no polarized. The fake charges are real. They just stole 4 dollars from my account. I use a non popular bank like Woodforest at Walmart. I put in just enough to make my purchase. I had a balance of 5 dollars and they stole 4. The joke was on them😀 I'm sure they would have stolen more if they could.

Ordered an Icelandic WOOL sweater from Klyvera and received a 100 percent acrylic sweater made in China. I was charged an additional 9.99 for “insurance” which I did NOT want. It took an entire month of waiting and calling repeatedly to get a refund. (They wanted me to pay for shipping the incorrect item back) What crap! And the first two times I called customer service I was hung up on.

I’m giving them a one star review because they did eventually send the product I ordered. Apparently you have no choice other than pay $9.99 for a shipping warranty on the items.
When I reached out to complain about their $39.99 charge I was told it would be refunded. After calling the 2nd time .. I called my credit card company & that ended the $39.99 bogus charges!

I should have read the reviews before…

I should have read the reviews before ordering - especially on the BBB website. Was charged like many for the $9.99 but because the charge seemed fraudulent and my CC company shut my card down - in the middle of Christmas shopping! I called in and the Customer Service rep was horrific and wouldn't let me cancel my order. Over 3 weeks and still not received. Stay away from this company!!

AI product images, fraud charges

Images on the site were AI. The item I received was not what was in the pictures. Wasn’t happy, but then got a $39.99 fraudulent charge from viraxpower.com a couple weeks later and had to cancel my card, just like the other reviewers

Fraudulent charges, damaged goods

I ordered four pairs of sunglasses for my work crew and, like others, got charged $9.99 for insurance that I had declined. Klyvera refunded that charge but then tried to charge my card $39.99 multiple times under the names jomhome.co and viraxpower.com. I had to cancel my credit card.
I did eventually get the sunglasses, mailed in a padded envelope. Two pairs were flattened but the metal frames could be bent into something like their original shapes.

Horrible scam as all the other posters wrote. Lamp I ordered arrived in a smashed up box without any bubble wrap and was dented and they’re not responding to my messages. They also auto charged me the $10 package and then reimbursed me when I demanded they do so.

False advertisement, insulting customer service

Ordered a sweater 19 nov, klyvera said 3-5 days for delivery. Was charged $9.99 for insurance i didn't order nor wanted. Got that charge refunded.
Waited and waited, checked tracking often and called "customer service." Over and over was advised to wait. Order finally arrived on 06 December.

Order *not as described.*
Klyvera offered 100% Norwegian wool, made in America. Item actually 100% acrylic made in China.

Called "customer service," agent got belligerent and insulting when I told him sweater is not as described, told me I must return item at my expense.
I called NYS Dept of Consumer Protection; they contacted klyvera.

Was told 09 December that a refund was issued the same day. It was not, still waiting.
Klyvera should pay *me* for the lies and hassle.

The King of misrepresentation and predatory business.
Avoid klyvera like the plague. Be prepared to contact your state's consumer protection office.
*Zero* or negative rating.

In general, don't order anything online without first checking ratings.

I ordered what appeared to be an authentic Nordic wool sweater (supposedly made in the US from Norwegian wool, per my correspondence) and per the website picture of the beautiful sweater. The sweater sent to me (through JFK) is made in China of acrylic and is the cheapest looking thing worthy of a dollar store. NOT AS ADVERTISED. I will return the thing assuming they give me return instructions. What a waste of time and money!!
