KMC were extremely efficient throughout the process and made everything straightforward which really helped us. Any queries we had were responded to very quickly. The staff were really helpful and friendly, thanks to Lisa and all the team for making it as pain-free as possible.

KMC Legal were proactive pushing the process along putting pressure on the seller's awkward management company to make sure I was protected. Communication from the team was concise and frequent. Reassuringly calm and knowledgeable advisors who had my interest at the forefront. Always approachable. I would really recommend them if you are buying a property!

As a first time buyer I was unfamiliar with the process. KMC called me up after I requested a quote to explain further, after I instructed a member of the team called me to make introductions then I was kept informed and updated throughout the process by Lisa and her team. Very good service and with very friendly and helpful staff from instruction through to completion.
The only thing I can faulter is the automatic updates on the case you receive through email at various milestones stopped updating for me about halfway through, but I was still thoroughly updated by members of the team.

Lorna and Emily (Wirral) worked very hard to finally get me to my completion date, which was quite a difficult achievement by all accounts. They remained very professional throughout the whole process, and dealt with any queries I had in an efficient, polite manner. Their efforts managed to achieve the successful outcome required.

Excellent experience despite some unfortunate complexities with the completion date! My solicitors and case handlers got me through to a new completion date and and went over and above to sort emergemcy issues out. I'd like to thank Rachael and Suilin especially for overseeing my purchase. As a solo buyer I already was terrified and stressed with the process but they dealt with everything calmly and keep me up to date in a timely manner. Can't thank KMC enough!

Great experience with KMC (Wirral Branch) - Lorna and Emily especially. Very easy process, good communication throughout and went the extra mile to get our transaction completed. They use an online portal which I found very user friendly and easy to navigate, but I had regular emails and calls with Emily so it didn't feel like a faceless service.

Excellent communication and regular updates - the online system makes it much easier.
Great customer service from Lucy Pointing, who is a real credit to the team, Lucy is very pleasant and super efficient in dealing with a last minute hitch.
