I have been training at KMDT with my daughter for almost three years. We've made great progress and enjoy the varied weekly training sessions. The instructors are excellent and foster a fun, friendly, ego free learning environment. And, with the addition of the online portal, it takes the whole training experience to another level. Highly recommended.

A different approach to martial arts. With most you are segregated into groups depending on what rank you are which naturally creates divide. Not here! Each lesson is new. Learning different techniques for different situations, gaining confidence and skills. Mixed classes either for all ages and or the family or something a little more mature on a Thursday night. Been going a year and will continue to do so due to the friendly atmosphere, great instructors and affordable classes. Highly recommend!

As said on a number of other reviews for KMDT: ego free, classes kept fresh and interesting, great fellow students and all partnered with an incredibly effective martial art for the 21st century. Having spent the past 6 years at this club, I continue to learn something new every week. I cannot recommend KMDT high enough.

I joined KMDT three years ago as did my two children and one of the first things I look for in any martial arts club or gym is one that provides an ego-free environment. From my first training session to my most recent one, KMDT offers exactly this; low-ego, great people and instructors and fellow training partners who are always willing to help out. I’ve been associated with a number of clubs over the years and this is definitely up there as one of the best. If you want to train hard and aggressively or focus technically on honing your skills with a lighter touch, the environment provided by the regular classes allow for this. This is reflected in the number of members the club has but also by the variety of people that train regularly here. To summarise, a brilliant club that teaches real life combat skills and one I hope to continue to be affiliated with for many years to come.

I can't believe how much I progressed only after a couple of years techniquewise as well as my general self confidence. The club teaches very high level self defence techniques and tactics, everyone is friendly and welcoming, it's such a pleasure to be an instructor in such an environment. I can only recommend it.

Krav Maga Defence Tactics ,KMDT , This club is the real deal,If you want a no nonsense, ego free club ,where every level of competence is catered for ,from beginner to expert ,then this is the club for you . Training is carried out by Sanjeev Mehta our resident Master and club owner. Sanjeevs knowledge and experience in this and other martial arts is of the highest levels both in Training scenarios and in real life.Ensureing solid training techniques that actually work and can be trusted and relied upon. All of the club instructors are very approachable and highly skilled. From your first training day you will be taught valuable techniques that can be built on methodically and can raise a good standard of Defence in a relatively short time. If you're not sure or in doubt, don't be the club is welcoming ,warm and invaluable to your personal development on many levels! Best thing I ever did was to join my Krav Family.

Great club! Stayed with them for many years. They have a very flexible approach: would be great for newbies as well as someone experienced in martial arts.

I have been training with KMDT for over three years now attending the live classes and using the online portal. The instruction is excellent with each defence sequence being broken down in to easy to understand moves. The instructors are very experienced and deliver classes in a friendly and easy to understand way. The best thing about using the online video portal is you can use it to revise what you’ve learnt in class and/or use it as a stand alone learning base. I would definitely recommend KMDT to anyone, regardless of ability, as a great place to learn KRAV MAGA.

Having the opportunity to train with such a welcoming and inclusive team is such a privilege. Everyone at KMDT are so amazing and a true pleasure to train with. No matter of your previous training, background, gender etc everyone is welcome. All the instructors are unbelievably knowledgeable and are more than happy to guide you to be the best you can be.

Training with KMDT has been lifechanging for me. Our instructors are highly trained and supportive and our club master Sanjeev is inspiring and highly skilled.
KMDT is a friendly, family orientated club and I have learnt so much in my 6 years of training. I have gained confidence, spacial awareness and knowledge and I feel like at KMDT you are part of a family.
Recently the club have launched a portal for online learning. The Krav Maga techniques are shown in a really clear and precise way and I love the fact that we can learn online, as well as face to face.
KMDT have created a flexible approach to training with the portal and hopefully members will join and train with us online, from all corners of the globe.

This is a great club. I started in 2020 and everyone is very helpful and friendly with no egos. The instructors are great and break things down to make it easy to understand the moves and answer any questions you have. Excellent place to learn self defence you can use in real life.
