SCAMMERS Avoid the Company at all costs
Made an order through Amazon for a Greenhose it arrived it was of poor quality none of the polycarbon panels fitted correct, instuctions were very poor, some parts had been cut to make fit leaving sharp edges showing.Over all very poor flimsy product. I contacted Kms Distrubtions through Amazon to request a refund, 2 days back and forth with email with several phots taken and sent to show issues. They then offered replacement i i did decline this offer as i was dissapointed with the item, i then requested a full refund ,they then deleted all email refrence to this issue and are now ignoring me. I have had to contact Amazon to get a refund so they are just SCAMMERS avoid.

I purchased a small bike shelter

I purchased a small bike shelter , have to say the product would be good , but the product was missing a key vital part , I purchased through Amazon and they would only suggest to return it which was more of a hassle , so I contacted the manufacturer KMS , who said they would replace it and then wouldn’t because I purchased from Amazon , so like any normal person I said I’d be happy to pay for the replacement piece and the shipping of it , you would think that would be it issue sorted ,nope they refused to do even that , would not suggest business with this company

Great service after one year

I bought a gazebo a year ago, only opened it now. Found that the connector parts were missing. I thought, too little too late. Nothing of that: I mailed KMS and they happily even sent me a full new one. Odd to read the negative reviews saying "seller doesn't want to know of our problems". If anything, it shows even trustpilot reviews may not be what you experience yourself.
Five stars, great guys.

Wouldnt even give 1 star. Gazebo £62 was piece of rubbish. Poles split, velcro too short, ripped away at seams in various placed. Taken to the dump the day after we tried to use it. Seller not interested

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a pergola via Amazon, they claim it was delivered but it appears they left it outside my house on the pavement, so someone helped themselves. They refuse to refund me, they are blaming me as it wasn’t in to receive the parcel!!!! So instead of rescheduling the delivery they dumped it.
The customer service is beyond rude and aggressive. So I’m left out of pocket and with no goods.
Steer well clear, absolute cowboys

I purchased a bike shed from this…

I purchased a bike shed from this company which was defective the tarpaulin cover does not fit the frame which is a design fault I have returned this back to KMS who have confirmed that they have received it back I have asked for my refund to be paid immediately back to me which they refused claiming it takes 14 days to clear which is a delaying tactic by this company not to pay customer services is non existent they are laughing at you in there messages to you and they won't even put a name in there messages so you know who you are talking to I would advise the general public to avoid this company at all costs

The company's behavior was…

The company's behavior was unacceptable. I placed an order for a bed on Amazon with guaranteed next-day delivery, but it didn't arrive. After contacting customer service, they informed me that the bed would be delayed by an additional 4 days, leaving me without a bed for a total of 5 days. And I have a bad back not looking forward to sleeping on a mattress on the floor

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. Companies stay clear of this business. They will not deliver parcels during the working day meaning you have to sit on premises between 6 and 9pm to await a delivery company who won’t even show when scheduled. Stay well clear

It's a dodgy company

DREADFUL - BEWARE!

Ordered a garden shed which arrived with instructions in pigeon English. Tried telephoning them but the phone simply rings and rings, unanswered. Emailed them and received no response whatsoever. When the box was opened there was a whole panel missing. Rang again and yes, you've guessed it, it rings and rings until it cuts off. Obviously not a decent company. I wish them an early bankruptcy.

Purchased switzer engine hoist on ebay

Purchased switzer engine hoist on ebay, this was delivered quickly and worked fine. Enclosed was 5% off their website so had a look to see their products. On entering their web site you HAVE to accept their cookies!!, no option to select/reject the ones you define. Its impossible to see what cookies they set so be WARNED they could be setting many cookies and seeing what you do for their marketing and selling the info to others so expect plenty of SPAM!!!, og not the meat type.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Do not buy from this company! Bought a table (via the range) on the 7th of September which got delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately the table is not only of extremely poo quality, it was also damaged upon delivery. We're now almost three weeks later and I am still waiting for the damaged table to be picked up and to get my refund.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with, promised me a refund for an extractor that very nearly caught light, but they are now deliberately delaying/avoiding my refund, I have now registered a complaint with trading standards, well I just got a refund and now given them 3 stars because I did get all my money back.

By far the worst experience I have had for any collection in my life.

By far the worst experience I have had returning a product. 3 missed collections, 1st was never agreed, but I beg to differ, 2nd didn't turn up, 3rd. arranged for an alternative collection address and they turn up at my home address for the first time. I have the e-mail trails to prove it!
Never answer the phone and don't resolve my issue, been a month now. How hard can it be and they are doing all this in the name of "The Range".
