I have been attempting to buy a dust collector for 2 weeks. These guys don't communicate, then Manager Greg takes that down 2 notches with sarcasm and excuses. Go elsewhere!

More excuses. Just admit "We didn't handle this well. We should keep better records of inquiries, in future."
The needed information (how much can you need?) was provided twice. The first time by email. A staff member called me but when I returned their call, they couldn't determine who. I supplied the price listed ($899), the model number and SKU, again. I was promised a call that didn't happen so I called back and got Greg, this time. You have read my opinion of his version of "customer service."

Good price and impeccable service! Delivery at $99 and the competitor's price policy is very easy to apply, which is a big advantage when purchasing on the Internet.

Bought a torque wrench 10days ago went back for a refund But staff say no refund one staff even said how do they know if I drop on the floor or not Actually the tool is no issues at all ! They just need to check the conditions according to their profession but they just keep saying no refund! Canada don't do BUSINESS like this ! Very Disappointed with this Company !Speechless! Good quality at a reasonable price. Online orders fulfilled at local store much improved. Happy with the results.

I have bought a lot of wood working power tools over the last few years the staff are always very helpful. If they don't have what you want in stock or want a not stocked item they order it for you and charge the lowest advertised price in Canada and no shipping charges as most on line companies will charge.
You can't beat KMS they have me as a customer for ever.

I've never been to KMS before. I went one day because they were open and I needed some welding supplies. My supplier really messed up and were closed. KMS staff was amazing with helping me out and getting me going. I found the prices to be excellent had a great selection of welding supplies from many different brands. They have great sales as well.

Jeff the Victoria store manager goes out of his way to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Zero complaints.

I bought a Fuji Spray bottom feed spray system. It works great and is easy to use and clean.

Bought a new plasma cutter 2k including tax broke after 4 days and won’t exchange it for a new one this is total BS never again will my Company buy anything from KMS tools

The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. My go to place for Milwaukee products.

I also like the sale every month. KMS have professional grade tools, and another tier for Weekend Warriors. Having a very wide range of almost any tool and accessory that one can imagine - it’s like a one stop tool shop.

The large car park is a real bonus as well.

Well first, the expanded store is truly appreciated. Lots of great items on display and staff are always willing to help. Competitive pricing through out the store. I personally like to shop locally and support out local business folks.

Recently purchased a table saw. Was keeping an eye on the price and jumped when it came down, its rebates and a price reduction. The local store had it in stock and even put it in my pickup after payment. As it was the holiday season and many people are stressed by all of it, the staff at the local store was cheerful and helpful in getting what I needed. Thanks to all and a happy new year!

Best tool place for the stuff that really matters. I shop at all the 3-4 big tool places but go to KMS for the good stuff. Plus they extend the warranties on certain name brands and have more selection of those name brands. Prices are the best too.

I usually buy truck parts, as they have a reasonably priced items, and fast shipping within BC.

Worst customer service and worst company ever!! I bought a compressor for over $5000 six months ago, and it suddenly malfunctioned, causing a complete shutdown of our production line. When I called KMS, they informed me that it was still under warranty for a year and instructed us to return it to them. However, when we arranged transportation and returned the compressor, their staff claimed it was 'none of their business' and insisted we contact the original manufacturer directly instead of helping us. They demanded we take the machine back. We mentioned that their representative advised us to return it, but KMS denied any knowledge of such instruction, refusing to honor their earlier commitment. Throughout this ordeal, KMS staff displayed a complete lack of care and empathy! Extremely infuriating!

Moreover, about two month ago, we made a purchase that included a battery on back order. They assured us they'd notify us upon its arrival. Two weeks later, during another visit, we inquired about the battery and were told it hadn't arrived yet. Shortly after, we received a call saying it was in stock. Upon going to collect it, we were informed that the system couldn't find the order. Despite presenting our previous receipt, the staff insisted they couldn't guarantee whether we had already collected it and asked us to return the next day when the manager would be present. Returning the following day, we were informed that upon checking their records, it turned out the battery had never arrived! They made a copy of our receipt since their system couldn't locate this back-ordered item.

Simultaneously, we received a bill from them claiming we owed $0.3, causing confusion. When questioned about this charge, they blamed it on a system error. Dealing with this store has been an utterly upsetting experience! Their system is chaotic, their service is abysmal, everyone provides conflicting information, and their after-sales service is utterly irresponsible!! I haven't encountered such an awful store in a very, very long time! I strongly advise against buying from this company, especially when items are out of stock or for larger purchases!

Best place I have found to buy tools online, hands down!! If your looking to buy tools online this is where to go. Great prices, super fast shipping and no hassle returns(just found that out)
HIGHLY recommended

We bought a King Canada 12000 watt Generator last Christmas and just had to use it for the last 32 hrs. It worked GREAT. Starts and runs like a top with more than enough power. I highly recommend KMS Tools and this awesome generator.

Everyone I spoke to at KMS Tools in Calgary, both on the phone and in person, was incredibly helpful. They answered my long list of questions thoroughly and with great patience when I didn't know an exact model/brand of laser level that I wanted and so was just describing what I wanted to do with it. They helped me work out what I needed, ordered it to the store, and had it immediately ready when I showed up to collect it. I will definitely contact KMS again should I need equipment in the future!
