Really great selection of all sorts of tools. Extremely knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help with any questions and part orders. Very clean and organized store, my go-to for any tools I need in a pinch.

The staff member in the Milwaukee section was very knowledgeable and quite concerned that I purchased the best tool for the job. The discussion was very informative and saved me quite a few dollars. Its always a great experience shopping at KMS.

I was had an issue with a gift card…
I was had an issue with a gift card purchased online. Ravinderpal Kaur, the service rep responded quickly and stuck with the issue until it was resolved. From beginning to end it only took a couple of days.
I was very impressed with the communications and timeliness of the process.

Great Customer Service
Christa Bell (spelling?) was very helpful in tracking down 13 hi vis vests for me. I believe they were sourced from 3 branches (not all in Edmonton). Prompt follow-up via return phone calls. I was in Edmonton for only 2 days, but all vests arrived by the expected delivery time.
