They have a 5 star site the products they offer to the 2A community are Solid. Their communication level is unprecident from their good pricing quality of parts as well as service or questions about application of the products they sell you cant go wrong here. I have done business with them for years and they are my #1" go to"....for anyone who is just starting out to the advance builder. This is definately a company to set up a account with. Thanks K&M you Guys Rock!

I recently ordered a complete assembled slide for my Glock 22 from KM Tactical, and I couldn’t be more impressed. There was a small issue with one of the screws on the adapter plate being stripped, so I reached out to them by email. They responded immediately and even called me right away, which really showed how much they care about their customers.

Their customer service was outstanding. They sent me replacement plate screws at no cost and even included a new guide rod, which went above and beyond my expectations. Shipping was also very fast from the time I placed the order to the day it arrived at my door.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the product, the customer service, and the entire experience from start to finish. I will definitely be doing business with KM Tactical again.

Sent back and they told me was negligent use.

I used them for parts to my GLOCK 21. Everything arrived on time as promised but one piece was wrong. I reached out to Customer Service and I was told to send piece back and they would send another one. Pre paid postage was sent to my email. Received 2cd one and it was wrong also, informed Customer Service and another one was sent, and this time they tried out for the fit to know it was right. I received it and it fit like a GLOVE, and because of the problems I was given a few nice goodies, ie Patch, stickers, and rubber band bracelet. I would recommend to anyone. GREAT Company, Great items, and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been in their showroom several times and enjoyed the experience immensely. And have purchased their uppers more than once. 5 Star all the way.

They sent my son an incomplete slide. When he purchased a complete slide. And instead of using a sight installer they beat the sights on. They sent me the wrong slide. I did receive a call from them about the issue. I decided to just keep the slide they sent. I’m not impressed with the quality of customer service. I was driving my granddaughter to school when I the call. The person that called said some unnecessarily rude comments. That she didn’t need to hear. All because of my first review.

I have done bussiness with this company before this event, and I will gladly say they provided ok service until this happened. Unfortunately this particular problem has dragged on and they will give one BS excuse after another to either not refund you your money, or just flat out not respond back to you when you ask them for a possible update on what might be going on with the order. I placed an order with them for two complete Glock uppers. The order was confirmed and shipped within a few days. The problems started after the first location it supposedly stopped at. I understand this is out of their control so I just politely asked them to please keep me updated regarding the order and possible whereabouts. I didn't hear from them for a month, and the only reason I got a response was because I had finally sent them multiple emails inquiring on what was going on? This carried on back and forth for about 3 more weeks when I finally got sick of it and just requested for a refund since it was obvious I wasn't getting the products. No response back after making that request. I get one when once again I was the one to initiate another email chain asking why I haven't received my refund yet? I received an email back stating they need to wait until the claim they filed to finish before I can receive my refund back, but they will contact me before the end of the week to let me know. Of course this was another bull excuse to just end the conversation and keep me silent because after two weeks of no email or information on what's happening with the claim / order I was once again told they're still waiting for the claim to finish and I will be notified before the end of the week, and this is their policy on what needs to happen before a refund is issued. I once again waited another 2 weeks of not hearing anything from this company. At this point I have accepted that I will never receive my refund back, or the items I ordered. I'm an understanding person, and realize what happens to a package once it's in the hands of usps is out of one's control. What pissed me off and was hands down the most was that I received better customer support from a toddlers lemonade stand then I had received from this company supposedly owned by adults. Long story short, their prices are cheap for a reason. Spend the extra money and order from somewhere else, it'll save you from months of BS.

A huge selection of high quality parts, combined with very fair prices, quick shipping, and customer service that is nothing short of amazing. Seriously, what else can you ask for these days?

When an order sits just a few miles from them, and you ask them to check on it, they just blow you off. I get orders in a couple days from every other vendor. Gonna take weeks on kmtactical.

Great company, good shipping times, and fantastic customer service by email. Had trouble getting a hold of them on the phone. However, they responded and took care of my issue within 36 hours of emailing them.
