Op 26 juli 2025 hadden wij een partybus…

Op 26 juli 2025 hadden wij een partybus gereserveerd met vertrek vanuit Stellendam naar Amsterdam. De bus kwam niet opdagen op het afgesproken tijdstip. We kregen misleidende en tegenstrijdige informatie over de locatie en de communicatie was chaotisch en onprofessioneel. Uiteindelijk moesten we last-minute zelf vervoer regelen, wat zorgde voor extra kosten en veel stress. De reactie van Knaap Tours achteraf was eveneens onprofessioneel. Geen betrouwbare partij, wij raden boeken bij Knaaptours sterk af.

Mooi huis gebouwd

Mooi huis gebouwd. Alleen wordt er moeilijk gedaan als je iets naar eigen wens wil. Bij een kijkdag niet weten dat er wel iets gedaan moet worden, afbouw al vanuit de bouw. Reageren traag op problemen die vervolgens ook niet echt goed verholpen worden.
Ben niet te spreken over hun bedrijfsvoering
