Extremely rude and unhelpful costumer service. Ended not buying it becauae of that.

I had never recieved my item, I requested a refund with no response from the company. Do not buy.

Put in an order a week ago. No communication about dispatch. When I email to enquire, they simply ignore.

They offer a 15% discount via Nannytax using the code NANNYTAX15.

The code didn't work. I reach out to customer service, explicitly referencing the 15%. They say it'll take a week to fix. It wasn't fixed. I reach out again. They "fix it", but it's 10% only now.

They then say the Nannytax has not updated materials because the discount is only 10% now. But the code is still NANNYTAX15, not...ya know, NANNYTAX10.

I opted to buy a competitor product.

I recently bought a second footrest for child number 2 after the rave reviews from child number 1. Number one would constantly have their feet on the back of the seats, had restless legs through dangling legs. Child number 2 wanted in on the same great experience.
Very good product, easy to fit. Great instructions. Customer services has also been great having ordered at the very last minute and got it next day. Happy customers

Should have bought this sooner. Very impressed with the build quality and ease of installation. The fact that’s it’s fully adjustable in height and crucially tilt of the footrest means that our son’s feet don’t dangle. Particularly important on long journeys keeping the legs properly supported at the right angle.
Our son loves it too and is very happy with it.
A sound investment and would totally recommend.

This kids foot guard is amazing! Such a clever idea for kids seats. My son loves it and no longer gets sore legs from dangling. It adjusts as he grows. Would highly recommend getting one

No notification it was even dispatched and seems nobody replies to the messages either.

This footrest is amazing! Our daughter has sensory processing difficulties, really struggles with having her feet dangling and often gets severe pins and needles which causes huge drama. This footrest has made her really calm in the car, she sits beautifully and she loves that she can now use her lap for resting on.
This footrest is really easy to assemble, super easy to install and I don’t know how we’ve done without it for so long.

I had a query that was very promptly and helpfully resolved by the customer support team. Then, when I made my purchase, the process was relatively easy (my wifi struggled a little with the sheer amount of images/videos on each webpage.) The kneeguard4 arrived within a week, and was very simple to fit.

Fabulous product and great customer service. Provided adequate clarification before the purchase and promptly delivered the goods. My child absolutely loves her footrest and keeps her feet away from the seat in front. Excellent support especially during longer journeys.

Fantastic idea, the step is great and solves alot of problems especially on long journeys.
