Ordered two knives from them both superb but one has come apart within six months of very little use. I have sent several messages via their contact email but no response. All I wanted to do was buy replacement screws but they are not interested in helping.

Very good quality knives at a reasonable price. Super fast delivery and well, packaged.
I bought 2 of the £10 mystery boxes as the £20 wasn't in stock. I chose the lock knife and standard mystery box, and i wasn't disappointed at all. I might get a couple more while I wait for the £20 to come back into stock.
Great company who know how to look after their customers. Highly recommend

I have ordered it taken my money but didn’t give me a delivery date or email to say it’s been purchased can someone please help

Recieved a faulty item, filled out their "returns form"..........ignored.
Filled out their "contact us form"................ignored.
Sent 2 emails requesting help with the faulty item.........ignored.
They will take your money in an instant but leave u high and dry when an issue arises.
Do not buy for this company.

Don't make the same mistake i did. SHOP ELSEWHERE. No customer service.

Bought several things from them. 2 arrived ok but other 2 didn't. They aren't responding to emails or direct messaging so I'd definitely shop elsewhere!

Be very wary of this company, take your money, but do not deliver. Do not respond to emails, go elsewhere!

Be careful buying anything from this company .THEY SOLD ME FAKE POOR QUALITY KNIFES .IF YOU TRY TO GET IN TOUCH TO REPLACE OR REFUND THEY JUST IGNORE YOU .5 TIMES OVER 3 WEEKS AND NOT A SINGLE REPLY .COWBOY SCAMMERS .
I HAVE EVEN BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY KOMBAT TACTICAL TO SEE IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY A SUPPLIER AND NO RESPONCE FROM THEM .THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES NEED TO BE STOPPED FROM SCAMMING THE PUBLIC .THE KNIFE I BOUGHT .SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO PUT IT TO WORK .HEAVY DUTY TOUGH .I HAVE ONLY OPENDED BOXES CUT ROPE/ STRING .I STUCK IT IN A LUMP OF WOOD TO FREE UP MY HANDS AND JUST THE WEIGHT OF THE KNIFE IT FELL OVER SNAPPING THE TIP OFF LEAVING THE TIP STILL IN THE WOOD .A TOOTH PICK IS STRONGER .YOU WILL DO YOURSELF MORE HARM THAN GOOD WITH THE POOR QUALITY ITEMS THEY SEND YOU .

I would never buy from again.
4 emails sent no reply still haven't received my item

Appears I'm having similar problems as others with this company.
Ordered an item, received a payment invoice (paid in full via Paypal) on the 14/09/2022, nothing since.
Likewise no response to emails.

I also purchased an in stock item, have sent 2 emails (no reply) and four weeks after purchase I finally have the feeling that I've been robbed. This is a crime.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. Take your money but will not send you items. Also - does not respond via their website contact form or via their email address sales at knifewarehouse.com.au

AVOID Knife Warehouse Australia at all costs.

Bought two items. One was OK, the other item sent was not the one I ordered. I contacted them via their website to ask them how they would like to rectify the problem. ZERO RESPONSE...(still waiting 3 weeks later).
I will not buy from these people ever again.

Been trying to contact for over a month no reply

Purchased an item and immediately recieved an invoice. The item was listed as " In Stock" but didnt recieve postage information until 12 days after purchase. Contacted Australia Post about postage and they had not recieved item upto 12 days after info recieved. Six emails sent to this company with zero replies. Business is not at listed address. I will never purchase from them again... probably lost my money.

I placed an order for various items, all of which were listed as "In Stock". Two weeks later I received notification that my order had been dispatched. Two weeks for "in stock" items is bad enough, but according to the Australia Post tracking it wasn't until 8 days later that the package was actually given to the Post Office. Assuming that the package does in fact arrive at some point, and contains the items I ordered, and isn't damaged (at this point I have zero confidence!), it took three weeks for Knife Warehouse to dispatch "In Stock" items, plus whatever time the PO take to deliver it. That's extremely poor service. No explanation has been given, no apology, and they didn't reply to my enquiry about what was taking so long.

Awesome all round. Will keep buying from Knifewarehouse.com.au on an ongoing basis.

Really well priced knives and tools as well as notifications of shipping and order status second to none. Orders arrived, free over certain amount of sale, within a week or so in total from order.

Love the store, be back for more.
