Bad customer service.
Bag was nice but not to my liking. Very bad service. No QR code or lable was given me to send it back. Just a email with the address and had to do it all my self. Not recommended tbh but each to their own. Also sent countless off emails before even getting any help.

Lovely product.
Great service.
1 issue with delivery. Delivery was sent to the wrong address no fault of the company. Royal mail was at fault.
However the company sent out a replacement straight away got it the next day.
