I’ve just finished my level 6 NVQ with Knight Learning and Peter Hufton and it’s has been a pleasure to work with both. Peter was a great tutor/ assessor and was a pleasure to work with.

This has been my 3rd course and I will be attending more in months to come.

There had been some confusion and mis-understanding with the company at the start of lock down which resulted in me writing a negative review. I have since removed this now that the situation has been clarified and as such I feel it appropriate to leave a positive review instead and as I have been liaising with the company in relation to this and would like to offer praise on how the matter has been handled. Harry was kind enough to speak to my partner on the phone (on my behalf as I was busy at work). I would just like to extend my thanks to him for taking the time to offer clarification on the areas where the mis-communication and confusion had arisen. My partner advised that he was really helpful proactive in trying to resolve the matter and I look forward to working with the company going forwards.

I took the SMSTS course with knight learning and found it to be a great experience. I feel I learned a lot and had a very enjoyable time due to the environment created and by being lucky enough to have a good group of other participants. The instructors Bob and John were very knowledgeable and created a fun atmosphere to be a part of. When first arriving I was a bit nervous but thanks to them those nerves quickly disappeared and I was able to really enjoy myself.

This course is what it says it is. No fripperies, no buffets. If you want hors derves pay twice as much. You get experienced, time served guidance and common sense from people passionate about passing on knowledge to their students. The most natural way I've ever learnt anything. Highly recommended.

I learnt SMSTS with these guys and thought they were brilliant. As someone who knows nothing about construction or safety before this course, i came a way with a breath of knowledge and confidence to employ my learning. The location was modest but the instructor, BOB, was fantastic. Having previously worked for the HSE, bob knew the subject matter inside out. He was very engaging, controlled the class well and had excellent delivery skills. His style of tough love mixed with his dry sense of humour went down well. Enjoyed the course and would recommend it to beginners or advanced learners alike.
