They have delivered one of two items. They claim to have delivered both. THEY CLAIM to be Jelly cats but they are fake. No cheaper I might add! The panda that they delivered is not the one ordered and is the wrong name.
Poor customer service and fraudulent I believe

Nasty imitation Jelly Cat rubbish

Nasty imitation Jelly Cat rubbish. This site is a Scam site and should be closed down. I paid premium price for the item and £8 priority delivery.
Smelly, badly packed item. They must be making millions off people. How can they be getting away with this? Their web site and reviews look genuine, They have ruined my granddaughters Xmas as this was the only present she actually asked me for, and was unavailable anywhere else.

Do not buy from here mine arrived…

Do not buy from here mine arrived clearly fake what a waste of my money. Disgusting that they are trading. Need reporting. I have emailed them. Will they respond? Probably not! Not happy at all. I will be reporting them for selling counterfeit goods. No response to emails

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. The products are advertised as Jellycat - same pictures, descriptions, names and prices but what arrives are cheap quality knock offs from China - packaged horribly and smell. The return process has been started but I won’t hold my breath that they respond. You have to pay to return to China if they do come back to you. If I wanted a cheap version of a Jellycat I’d have ordered off Temu and wouldn’t mind as I would probably only pay £5 rather than £24.
