I wish it were possible to give minus star ratings. How I wish I had checked out Trustpilot before ordering. I shop online frequently and can't believe I was sucked in by this scam.

The only small upside is that my local charity shop will benefit from the hat I ordered. It was a special gift and I can't possibly give it.

Wish I’d read the reviews first.
Similar experience to others. Purchased a ‘cashmere’ beanie. Took 6 weeks to arrive in a cheap bag from china. No labels re what it is made from, how to wash etc.
Avoid at all costs.
Oh and zero customer service…2 emails re update on delivery totally ignored.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering....it was only a nail jel £15...I waited 3 weeks for it and was sent something completely different....looked like a tiny sample bottle! I have emailed them but obviously I won't get a reply!

Oh dear! I ordered a pale blue cashmere beanie on 17 November to send to my niece in the States - the order was not even despatched until 24 November and had no response to the email I sent asking for delivery updates . Eventually the parcel arrived on 12 Dec from China in a cheap plastic bag with no label at all to suggest it was cashmere! Shocking - the only good thing was the colour - I would avoid buying from this company as their lack of concern or communication is appalling

Ordered waterproof mittens for my wife and I, NOVEMBER 2nd, just arrived today 21st, no where near their 2-10 day delivery promise, no communication from them despite 2 emails. Then when the items arrived guess where they were from? China.
If I’d wanted to wait nearly a month for these items I would’ve ordered them from China myself.
Another example of a company buying cheap Chineses rip offs and selling them as if they’re manufactured here.

Under no circumstances order from this company, You will not receive your product, they don't respond to your emails and the phone just rings out. For safety I would would cancel your card if you bought products online using it.

This is an absolute scam l thought l was buying quality from UK but a cheap looking bag from China arrived no one will answer my email to enable me to return l can't understand how companies can get away with this false advertising l could have bought this cheap rubbish for a fraction of the cost

Order placed in August. Emailed to cancel before it was sent (not a custom item). Only response was a tracking number 24 hours later. Tracking number still not working, no response to 4 emails since. We are now pursuing a charge back on the credit card.

Item show to arrive (comes from China despite website giving impression of London company)
The colour of scarf not as expected and no returns info - l have contacted customer services several times but no reply. They state you can return item if “you don’t love it” but don’t actually help you do that.
Not actually a scam but very dodgy so don’t recommend.

Ordered a bobble hat on 29th December - not received. Tracking doesn’t work!! No reply to my emails asking about delivery or refunds !! Supposed to be a UK company hence .Co.uk website. Total scammers !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Order not delivered, tracking number not working, no response to my query. Should have checked here first!
UPDATE
I have received the order from China today, 24 Jan, even though the email saying it had been shipped, with the Royal Mail tracking number, which did not work, was sent on Jan 10. So - the result is better than it looked (like a total swindle), but still is not as it should be: the company website does not suggest in any way that the orders will be sent from anywhere farther away than the UK, and there was no response to the query.
If I was the person making the goods (a knitted hat) I would want to find a different person to do the communication with customers, since it's a shame that now, as a customer, I don't even feel interested in the item because I've been treated this way.

I’m not sure this is a genuine seller. Ordered shakes on 27 Dec and I still have not received anything. They don’t answer their phone or respond to emails . Looks to me like they are a scam.

I wish I'd come here before ordering but I found gloves that looked really good and decided to buy them as a Christmas present.
Ordered on Sunday 19.12.
Didn't get dispatched till Wednesday 22.12.
No update from the company, the tracking number doesn't work - it shows no info and the company are not responding to emails.
Ordering five days before Christmas for something within the UK should be plenty of time.

For comparison purposes, I ordered something else on 22.12. that arrived on 23.12.

I hope the product will be ok but sadly it won't be on time.

The gloves arrived at the end of January and are actually really nice. Shame about the whole location issue.

Feeling very angry , and after reading other reviews , won’t even attempt to do anything about this disaster .
I received a supposedly “ cashmere scarf “ no dispatch note or invoice.
Came direct from China .
No washing label on scarf , nothing to say what it is made of .
This was to be a special gift for a friends 75 th birthday
There is no way I could give it to her .
The website gives the impression of a high end London company , very very misleading .
So do not buy anything from this company .
They are scammers .

Do not use this company.
No reply to emails, item not as advertised.
Still awaiting refund several weeks on.

Ordered Dec 2020. Paid premium, Item received direct from China. Cheap, nasty and no good for purpose. Emailed, three times - no reply. Item returned to uk address in Jan 2021 with covering copies of email - nothing heard back. No refund. No email. Do not buy.

I have returned an unused item complete with packaging a day after receiving. Was informed of a return address in UK to send to which i did. Never recieved refund. Emailed 4 times before response. Informed i need to return to Morrocco. Wrote back to say about previous advise and address sent to in the UK and again no response. Very unhelpful i would like my refund

We are extremely dissatisfied a we bought form them a rather poor quality hat, also to small to be able to wear, but when we tried to return it and get our money back they agreed to return but only if we paid the postage to Morocco, which is greater than the actual value of the hat.
We don't even know if we would have ever been reimburse as there was no guarantee.
The Companies website claims they're based in London but in fact based in Morocco.
We definitely don,t recommend this company

I thought I was ordering a quality item as a gift, it was delivered straight from China and was cheap, not even packaged nicely. I requested a return and was informed the return address was in Morrocco even though the website was co.uk and they offer no quibble returns??? Nowhere on the site does it inform you this is the case. Post Office told me £10.47 for a return to Morrocco!! Way more than the cheap item I received and paid far too much for in the first place, very disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and dont bother. I cannot recommend this company.

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. My emails have not been answered and the telephone number does not take calls. I would give it zero stars. This is the worst service - or lack of - that I have ever encountered
