Customer service 10/10
I love a company with good customer service and this is one of the better ones!!
I had ordered 2 of the summerboxes with hand dyed merino wool and had to ask them to send the packages a bit later, due to me going on vacation and they were so helpful !
Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed with the colors of the hand dyed yarn and it was mostly white with speckles. I guess that it is also considered hand dyed, but personally I would have loved some more color on the hanks I got, especially since they use such colorful ones all the time in advertising. But it was a surprise box and you get what you get :)
Great concept though and I bet a lot of the costumers this summer was thrilled with the color choices :)
