Brilliant fun for ALL the family, friendly staff .

Paid for admission on door ( 5 of us ) enquired before leaving how much annual pass would be - they even deducted that days money from the membership 😳
I was surprised and I have happy kids ! So if you haven't been I would go at least once to give it a try and trust me you won't be disappointed at all ... well done knockhatch 👍 we will be back where the fun goes on and on and on and on ( as your song goes )
Not disabled friendly
Not disabled friendly. Went to renew an annual carers membership: armed with blue badge, DLA documents, EHCP, iGo, carers cards, merlin pass and a clearly disabled child we were turned away because knockhatch now require another third party (paid) card, who's website doesn't appear to work. Very disappointed child.

After being an annual pass holder (we missed our renewal date). We were told that we could only get a disabled pass if we purchased an access card (a further cost to us, also an awful website for downloads). They wouldn't accept a disabled badge with his picture on it, dla, carers card or i go. As a family I now have to purchase another card. Which I tried to do. But the access card site kept crashing after trying to download all our evidence. Disappointed little boy.

Do not come here if you have a child with any additional needs. Knockhatch Adventure Park is the only place I have ever been that has absolutely no system in place to support children (or adults) with access needs – whether that’s mobility, sensory challenges, or issues with regulation.
My son found the queues unbearable, which led to him becoming extremely distressed, swearing, and having a full outburst. This situation was not only awful for him but also upsetting and potentially unsafe for others around us. In 2025, it is shocking and frankly discriminatory that a family attraction still does not have a queue-management or access system in place.
On top of this, the park itself feels quite run down and in desperate need of some TLC. For the price you pay to get in, you’d expect better. To make matters worse, many activities inside the park (like go-karts and gem mining) cost extra, which makes the visit feel poor value for money.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly day out, especially with children who have additional needs, I would strongly recommend Drusillas Adventure Park instead – they actually make the effort to accommodate all families and provide a much better experience.
KNOCKHATCH DEFINITELY VISIT
Staff are fantastic, loads to do for any age , plenty of parking, The food is very good and a excellent price , or you could take a picnic plenty of seats , if it's raining you still have things to do , we had a fantastic day , The water rides a great fun for kids and adults, you need to wear swimwear and shoes have fun definitely worth going , Ask about a yearly ticket

We have annual passes and they are worth every penny! We’re here every weekend. The soft play areas are great- there are plenty of options for outdoor and indoor play.
Staff were so miserable!
Staff were so miserable!
It's alot of money for what they had to offer
Plenty of toilets and seating but that was a bonus won't be going back
What an amazing place
What an amazing place. It rain hard but the day was still amazing. I have to mention the lad called Thomas that was working on the go carts . He did an amazing job and was running all over helping us when we span out.
Don’t bother if you have kids 6+
Don’t bother if you have kids 6+ as there’s not much to do. Also not worth the money. £90 for family of 4 and nothing for adults to do. Have to pay more for the more fun things like go karts
Visited today
Visited today, had the best time, so much to do even with a 3yr old (there's lots of things for older children too) we didn't even see all that they had to offer! Multiple soft plays, indoor and outdoor play areas, rides, water activities, animals which you can interact with and more. The staff i interacted with were friendly and helpful, lots of kind smiles for the kiddos. Will definitely be purchasing an annual pass. I would say its comparative to or even better than druzillas and about 20-30% cheaper overall (guestimate) depending on how/when you book. Thoroughly impressed with our experience.
Customer Service
We as a local family have been annual members at Knockhatch for three years now. On trying to renew annual membership today costing £225 in total I was served by a very rude girl who certainly was not customer friendly. She was brusque and clipped in her answers to my questions about the new procedure for annual membership that they have recently introduced. I still am not clear as to how this new system works after asking her repeatedly to explain in detail. She talked down to me and became increasingly impatient with my queries. Although my family enjoy Knockhatch and most of the staff are lovely, the customer service on entry spoils the whole experience and really lets Knockhatch down as a pleasant experience in my opinion.

I am shocked that as an adult I had to pay over £22 for entrance fee just to walk around with my great grandson £5 is plenty. Very very disappointed. Will not be visiting again!!!
Awful experience
Awful experience. Owner is rude so are staff. Will not be returning.
Disappointed
On arrival things were not very clear entry tickets were overpriced we were asked if we wanted extras but weren't told what they were also many of the staff were not friendly and to have to pay for certain rides was a bit to much when other theme parks everything is included also very limited food outlets and what was available was high in sugar my opinion is it is not value for money
Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money. Varied and thrilling for children.
- Remember swimming costume for your child.
- Stay vigilant: staff are very friendly and helpful but some staff members look as young as 15, while some attractions are totally unmanned
- My only criticism would be the absence of recycling bins. Knockhatch should be towing the line in this regard.
After visiting Knockhatch today
After visiting Knockhatch today, I needed to write a review and let everyone know this place is amazing, great value for money and the staff were helpful throughout.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone :)
My children throughly enjoy knockhatch…
My children throughly enjoy knockhatch on summer days when everything is open. It’s not as enjoyable on winter days. The wave runner and boating lake is great fun and lovely on a sunny day. There is an outdoor paddling pool too but should come with a warning for smaller children as the water at the bottom of the slide is slightly deeper than it appears… I failed to catch my daughter at the bottom and she was fully submerged!
The indoor area with slides can get very busy and unfortunately it’s not very well manned so keep a very close eye on little ones, older ones can be quite boisterous.
We have eaten here a few times and have felt disappointed every time. The selection of food isn’t great and there are always very large queues. It’s difficult to find a table as families occupy them for the soft play. We have been 4 times and have never seen the indoor Costa coffee open.
Overall we always make the most of our time here but it could be improved.
Been twice and had so much fun both…
Been twice and had so much fun both times. Spent the whole day here and didn't run out of things to do, so much to do for all different ages.
Shocked
So shocked at poor customer service. Recently had to immediately cancel a booking email received to say cancellation accepted only then days later to be told refunds not given. Very misleading and poor quality of service. Makes you question the service inside the park.
Had a great time at Knockhatch
Had a great time at Knockhatch. So much for kids to do inside and out.
